Loved the chairs only had them a week and one of the front legs have broken as there is a knot in the wood x would like a replacement leg please

Lovely looking chairs, fabulous price. Just a shame you have to put the legs on, would be so much easier if they came ready assembled. Very comfortable too.

I was kept fully up to date when my order would be delivered. The staff were friendly, approachable and very helpful. I had a small issue with one of bedside tables and it was changed straight away. The service and staff were amazing. I would 100% recommend this company. Thanks guys for all your help.

Quality of the chairs was good and as described. Received a text with delivery date and time slot and arrived on time. However, one of the chairs did not have the bolts required for the legs. Emailed customer services who assured me they would be sent out the following week. Unfortunately, they have not arrived and had no further communication despite emailing several times.

Took my money received order confirmation choose to have delivery 8 days after the order didn’t receive Any updates about delivery on delivery day I contacted lifestyle furniture which insisted in a 20 minute hold time on the phone only to get through and be told that the items haven’t been dispatched because they are out of stock. Absolutely pissed about this as I would’ve ordered chairs elsewhere Just glad I rang at 10 am as I could’ve been sat in all day waiting for an item that wasn’t going to show up I now have to wait three hours for a phone call back to see if they can allocate stock absolute waste of my time the whole process which now will no doubt end in a refund. Might be worth ringing and making sure stock is available before placing an order or just don’t even bother wasting your time.

Ordering was simple and straightforward.
My table arrived quickly, communication was very good.
The assembly was easy, I did it myself in 15 minutes, the result is a strong sturdy little table without any wobbles. I got it for half price, which for a solid wood table top is amazing value.
All in all, a great purchase from start to finish.

Bought 2storage pouffes the grey one is lovely and perfect the blue one nice colour but the lid doesn't close properly this item looked like it had been repacked so must have been returned before then sent to me ☹
I would like to update my review after having been contacted by the seller who apologised for the defective stool I had received and promptly sent a replacement which I have received today I am delighted with both my new storage stools the quality is outstanding and I will definitely have no problem purchasing from Lifestyle Ltd in the future furthermore I would totally recommend the company its good to know that if there is a problem with your purchase it is resolved promptly and professionally. 😀

we ordered 6 diningroom chairs,although easy to put together, we found a couple of them had uneven legs, so we're a little wobbly, but this isn't the case when sat on. beautiful to look at and very comfortable. so for the grand price of £49 per chair, were very happy.
delivery drivers were, polite and even asked me if I wanted him to take his shoes off, there's a first.

We bought 4x Rocco dining chairs. Delivery went without any issues, however on inspection, 2x chairs were faulty (chrome base had holes for screws on the wrong side of the base and screw openings were not aligned with frame properly on the other chair). We followed company's procedure and sent out an email with explanation and photos. Their email response stated that they will aim to get back from us within 24 hours. When we didn't hear from them, I called them. Their customer representative was friendly and advised that he asked his manager authorise collection and delivery of two new chairs and he will be in touch once that has been done. We haven't heard back so far. This should be straight forward claim and solution, especially since we are not asking for money back but for exchange. Disappointed.
I will review once or if our claim has been resolved.

When I placed my order I had regular updates regarding confirmation, dispatch and delivery notifications. I was kept informed at all times.

Initially I ordered my dining set for the 19th of November which is a Saturday as offered from their website, however they had changed this to a Friday and notified me via email to say they do not deliver on Saturdays even though the website allows you to choose that day, this arrived on Friday was extremely excited for this and the care of the delivery people was shocking as this is a mirror glass dining set it should be treated with care, they were not careful with it at all throwing it about and had left ot flat in the room of my choice, after leaving and checking the box I had only open the top of the box did not even take the full packaging off and I see right there the side of the table is cracked and I knew this would be the case the way the package was handled, I will be in touch with the company as they are closed on weekends and item was delivered at 7pm on Friday I have had no chance to contact anyone which is wrong as I now have to waste more time and I have already wasted a whole day of work for this and it is unacceptable.

I ordered a chair from the website and when it arrived there was a slight issue with the finishing on the leg. I emailed customer service and they responded very quickly and offered me a refund or exchange. I love the chair so I asked for an exchange, which they arranged very promptly. Great customer service!
