3 mois pour recevoir enfin une table avec le pied en fonte manquant ( reçu 3 semaines plus tard conditionné dans un colis minable ) . la table était abimée,, j'ai ouvert un litige via paypal , pensant être protégée dans cet achat, ce fut pire que tout ! la seule proposition qui fut faite était de renvoyer le tout A MES FRAIS pour espérer un remboursement. Finalement j'ai cloturé le litige ( à la suggestion de paypal qui n'est d'aucune utilité ) et ai insisté pour demander un remboursement partiel directement au service client . J'ai obtenue 25 % du prix d'achat mais ce fut le parcours du combattant. Vraiment un site à fuir car ce sont des produits de mauvaise facture et le conditionnement est largement insuffisant ( sans parler des délais TRES LONGS )

Lo peor mueble que he comprado y tardo 5 meses

They stole my money after waiting 3 months they told me they lost the shipment. They offered to send a new one via air within 25 days and i accepted that they then went on to completely ignore that and tried to persuade me to take a discount and get it shipped within 3 months then they told me if i want air postage i have to pay £69.9999999 i dont know what that means with all those 9’s. Is it a form of bullying? Then they kept offering me 5% discount even though i kept saying that i have had correspondence in that same email if they scroll down that they have offered me air postage with no discount as i didnt want discount i just wanted my product. They kept repeating the discount after long emails i would send them they would just reply with the following:
Dear Sharo,

Can we give you a 20% discount and ship it by sea?

I am not lying if they repeated this more than 20 times after I would email them they would literally copy and paste their replies i have proof of everything. I paid £134.28 for my product on the last email after i kept insisting i didn’t want a discount but just wanted my product delivered by air within 25 days as promised they emailed me the following:
Dear Sharo,

Please confirm the refund amount GBP 105.73.

How does this work where is my £134.28? They are a company that steals money they are thiefs and i will take this further. They decided to refund me £105 which i do not understand what do i do from here.

Depuis début janvier 2025, j'attends la livraison d'une commode ( payée 350€) qui à ce jour : 28 avril 2025, n'est toujours pas arrivée, et dont FedEx, soi disant chargée d'effectuer la livraison, m'indique que le colis référencé, n'est pas en leur possession.
Cela fait quatre fois que je réclame le remboursement, Litfad me propose une réduction de 5%sur l'article, me demande d'attendre patiemment, sans tenir compte de ma demande précise de remboursement.
Aucune écoute, aucune personne physique à joindre... Je déconseille ce site plus prompt à encaisser un règlement, qu'à le restituer alors même que le produit commandé s'est évaporé on ne sait où.
Je désespère de me faire un jour rembourser : arnaquée jusqu'au bout ???

Bought two dressing tables, absolutely awful quality, runners don't work, marks all over the leather, just absolutely awful. Paid £520 and they are offering 5%. Just shocking, do not buy from them. I will keep pursuing until I have satisfactory compensation.

Ordered a product that was promised in a certain time
That time has come and gone. Tracking information is showing nothing. No updates. No communication unless you ask a question. No definite delivery date. Scam company, avoid, avoid, avoid.

Awful experience with the service and product. Nothing what they promise. Do not purchase from this company. I bought a white shoe cabinet, which wasn't white colour. The company wanted to refund 5% of what I paid, negotiate to 50% after 5 weeks of emailing and expressing my concerns. Avoid purchasing from this company. Do not deserve one star.

I ordered a cupboard 4 months back still did not recieve it. When messaged them on chat, told me to wait. 4 hours no reply

If I could leave no stars, I would. A desk has taken four months to arrive, we’ve just opened the box and it’s broken. Terrible quality, we didn’t even attempt to build, straight in the bin. Probably the worst company I’ve ever bought from

A ver cómo lo solucionan, de momento dicen que me abonan un 5% de la compra, pero y los otros 95% que me he gastado en cristales y plásticos rotos ?
No vuelvo a comprar aquí absolutamente nada y por supuesto no lo recomiendo

AVOID. i ordered a desk from them - when i asked about delivery i was told up to (processing >10 days plus 44 shipping) 54 days, so i cancelled within the 14 days cooling off period. I was told (of course) that it was shipped; I was then also sent an increasingly desperate series of emails offering me the desk at a discount (which eventually reached 40%).
i expect to have to refuse delivery - i will be taking this up with my credit card company if there is no refund forthcoming - judging from other reviews that would seem unlikely.
DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY.

Hola, al igual que todos los comentarios coincido en que esta pagina es una verdadera estafa. Tarda 3 meses en llegar y el mueble me llega reventado. No me contestan a ningún mail. Alguien ha conseguido que le contesten y que le devuelvan al menos algo? Son 300€ lo que me he gastado y quisiera que me los devolvieran. El mueble está para tirarlo… lamentable.

The wait was worth it. I ordered a clothes stand. The quality is appreciable and at the price. Although I waited 4 months, the campaign employees showed professionalism and responded to every email I sent. They informed me of every step of the product. Honestly, I was scared that I would not receive the product and would lose my money, but the wait is over and I am really pleased with the quality of the product. Thank you!

Une catastrophe ! A fuir à tout prix !
Plus de 2 mois pour recevoir le meuble commandé (contre 15 jours annoncés sur le site). Aucun suivi, aucune excuse pour le retard.
Aujourd'hui je reçois enfin mon colis et évidemment les mauvaises surprises n'étaient pas terminées : le meuble reçu ne correspond pas à ma commande... Je viens d'envoyer 2 mails de réclamation, j'attends la suite mais j'ai bien peur d'avoir du mal à obtenir un remboursement vu les avis laissés précédemment. 300€ à la poubelle et toujours pas de meuble...

Purchased two bar stools from Liftad.. On arrival (50+ days) I put them together and the first one I sat on broke. The second chair has also got splits in the metal tubing (arm rest) which will also break if I tried to sit on it.
A complete waste of £360 and also could have caused a serious accident. When I tried leaving a negative review on their website it blocked me!

Je regrette de ne pas avoir regardé les avis avant.
Le bureau est arrivé après 2 mois et demi au lieu d'un mois et demi maximum.
J'aurais dû mieux regarder la provenance ! Made in China, arrivé par bateau, d'où ce délai.
Le meuble est de mauvaise qualité (!) et très bancale.
Je ne recommande ABSOLUMENT pas.

Merce non recapitata. Non rispondono alle mail di sollecito. Insomma: una truffa.

FRAUDE DE COMPRA
Realicé una compra en la que tardaron 3 meses en traermela, con todas las maderas rotas, sin instrumentos para montarlas, y con 0 calidad.
Lo resuelven diciendo que te dan las piezas rotas y te pagan un 5%, pero la calidad de las fotos no te la pueden devolver porque es imposible.
Ni en los peores mercados de este tipo, puedes encontrar algo así, con esta calidad y por supuesto cobrándote la calidad que ellos creen que te dan.
