bought a vinyl and was excited to get it but never even shipped. their website says 1-2 days for orders to ship and it’s been over a week and no one will respond to any emails or any messages on insta/twitter either despite them posting all the time. phone numbers on website don’t work either. a scam company do not order. Will be reporting to the better business bureau as well.

First time ordering from this company. I wrote a review before but it has been removed for whatever reason. I was excited finding this site as clothing & sandles were cute, eclectic & reasonably priced. The reviews were either great or awful but I decided to take a chance. Unfortunately, the merchandise received was not something I would wear or gift. The sandals resembled picture but quality was awful, the yoga pants were even worse not fabric stated in ad ...I ordered from their size chart but very small & short as if for a child, they were in a very thin muslum fabric & really poor construction. I tried multiple times to get help from customer service dept & email & never heard back until I posted on trust pilot then they reached out to me to help & change review. Unfortunately they insisted that I open up a paypal account which I didnt want (I asked them to credit the cc I had used) & send everything back to their China address (instead of Washington State address from which it came) unfortunately after wasting $80. on this purchase it didn't make much sense to spend another $50. Plus on postage sending it back to China. This was a big loss for me but a lesson learned. Although their website (which has recently changed) gives you the feel they have great customer service ...that was not my experience. I would not order from this company. Based on merchandise I received I would also question the 5 star reviews.
