Should have look here before ordering from this site... Wouldn't have guessed that a highly specific vinyl store like this would just ignore you and not deliver an order.

Ordered two months ago. Got one reply to me asking what's going on: a very vaguely and incoherent message about their stock. Mind you, all products i ordered said "In Stock" on their website.

Multiple messages to ask for a refund have gone ignored.

Avoid at all costs.

SCAM website! Ordered beginning of February. No record, no answer to my emails. I can't even get on the website now 😒

Always get stuff to you in a very quick fashion all things considered and have one of the best catalogues ive seen for a nerd like myself

I’m very satisfied.i ordered 10 vinyl, some of them was preorder so not all they are shipped yet. However 4 arrived and they were well packed, no marks or scratch at all. Very good condition and they have a nice variety. I’m planning to buy again.

Lovely products! Had issues with shipping due to lost shipments . But super helpful support.

Mieliśmy problemy z opóźnieniem płyty który był rozwiązany, no i dostaliśmy dodatkową płytę. 4/5 dlatego że czekaliśmy na dostawę długo i nie wiedzieliśmy o co chodzi. Dowiedzieliśmy się o problemach po skontaktowaniu się z plastic stone. Według mnie powinniśmy dostać jakiś update z góry a nie dopiero po tym jak my się zastanawiamy czy kiedykolwiek do nas zamówienie przyjedzie.

Bought the Hero Of Time LP on 26th December. It shipped 29th December and arrived 8th Jan. Not bad considering all the non-working days. It was packaged well, and I've already given it a listen and I love it.

Ordered Something 2024.
It's now 2026 , no Updates , no responds , no Money.

Just a Scam Webside.

Update : After the Review i got my Money back atleast they actually read everything and i got my Money back after 2 years

Ordered from the site twice and both came in pristine condition. First order took a little longer but the description explicitly stated that it was a preorder, so it was barely a problem. When I asked the customer service on information for when they would start shipping I got an answer almost immediately. Second order arrived in less than week even, overall a really good experience and I'm happy with my new vinyls!

I placed my first order some weeks ago for a record which has been sold out everywhere a very long time. I paid via paypal. Two days after the order I received a shipment mail for DPD. So far so good. After one week, the package was still not shipped from plasticstone. So I contacted them and did not get an answer so I opened a case via paypal. Some hours later the first order got cancelled, I got my money back and an apology from plasticstone and the info, that the shipment got delayed and if I still want it, I can re-order. No problem. Placed the same order again and what can I say: after about one week I received my order from them. Very well packaged and everything as it should be. I reduce one star for the lack of communication. But everything else was as promised.

After waiting for 4 months for an order I placed for a repress of KLF’s Chill Out and multiple delays on shipping, PlasticStone stopped responding to my emails - I must have sent well over 50 of them. I wrote a review on here during this process which told people to avoid at all costs and it has now been flagged as ‘defamatory’, presumably because it referenced a word which rhymes with ‘scram’. I have noticed that a number of other reviews of a similar nature have been subjected to this removal. While plastic stone finally did refund me for non-fulfilment of order (10 months after paying them), my opinion of them remains. Do not trust them to fulfil your order. Given the fact that this review does not contain a word which rhymes with ‘scram’ I expect this to remain live. Let’s see…

Update late March 2026… I have just been emailed by trustpilot to say that this review may be taken down unless I provide a reply to PlasticStone with more details. Given there isn’t a ‘provide more details’ button, I’m updating this review as of 29th March 2026…

Plastic Stone have done their best to have this review removed as per the several emails generated, to ask me to update it and I’m not having it at all.

The reality is this: Plastic Stone didn’t bother to respond to my emails over several months. They didn’t deliver what I paid for, and while (after many months) they refunded me, this represents appalling customer service.

I understand that businesses have issues, but a complete ignoring of my emails, and no apologies at all for non delivery should have the option of zero stars feedback.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, AND STOP TRYING TO PREVENT MY MESSAGE FROM BEING PUBLISHED!
