Not only did you fail to deliver my product you then went on to show terrible communication systems to resolve the issue and as I have not received the refund yet the company resolution process has failed as well.

Lovely outdoor light
Bought a lovely outdoor light with PIR. Very quick delivery and very happy with it. Have seen lots of lovely lights on their website and would buy from them again

They still haven’t compensated for…
They still haven’t compensated for faulty light I purchased from them, as previously stated the light pulsates when turned on. It is an outside front door light which was fitted by a electrician. This review will most likely be ignored as was my initial response directly to lights.ie

Excellent quality light which are adjustable depending on the light needed.
The lights I ordered are fantastic. I needed a high lumen light for our kitchen and they certainly didn't disappoint. They were so good that I ordered a second light. Looks great and a super bright light in my kitchen which I can adjust to lower light if needed.
