Very happy costumer
My first order was damaged on delivery. I contacted the company immediately & a new light was delivered very very quickly with no hesitation without returning the first one .
I love my solar light in my garden & I'm a very happy customer ,will definitely order again.

Good product not great delivery time
While finding the products and ordering them was straight forward, there were delays with the delivery (one week delay). I was notified though in advance via email. Having said that, when I order online, 90% of the times I am ordering from Irish companies or sites that are ".ie" because a) I want to support the Irish market and b) the deliveries are usually very quick (2-3 days max). In your case, even the original delivery ETA was not great (2 weeks if i recall correctly), but I placed the order either way because we were not in a hurry. So, if there is one thing that I would recommend that you improve/look after is your delivery times. Thank you

Ordered lights that were "in stock" on…
Ordered lights that were "in stock" on 1st September.
Light were to be delivered on 20th September, then it changed to 22nd September, then changed to the 24th September.
Recieved an email to say package has been sent with a DPD number.
DPD number doesnt exist or is fraudulent and is not associated with my order.
Very poor correspondence from Lights.ie.
Be very very careful and do not order of this crowd. Cannot get a refund of over €1000 either. This is a scam. Be careful and do not order anything.

Not an Irish Company
Good quality products but despite it being a .ie website they come form Germany, the emails are even in German. I'm happy with the products but I wish I had made the effort to support local business, it'd be easier to return the 2 items that I got wrong then as well.
