Most helpful - great follow up And fixed the problem very quickly

Liine has helped our Guest Services team convert undecided first time callers into medspa consultations. The team at Liine is always available to help work through challenges and contribute to our success. As an extra bonus, the weekly data gives insight into how our new leads are finding our spa which helps us make future marketing decisions.

After years trying many techniques to improve the efficiency of our front desk, we finally found Liine and they have been great!  We now know weekly how many calls go unanswered or directly to voice mail, and can sort call metrics by team member, location, division, etc. Liine provides a simple, proven method for training front desk staff.
