I honestly couldn’t find better software for IT asset management and IT procurement services. Dots offers other features, like integration with other platforms and also warehousing. I don’t use them so I can’t tell you much about it, but for the procurement part they are truly awesome.

I normally don’t write reviews of products but it was really difficult to find IT asset management software for my needs and Dots has ticked every boxes. I work in HR and recently my company has globalized so now we do a lot more remote onboarding. It was impossible to manage all my new employees needs, and I’m happy someone told me about Dots. Their tools works for the whole process: purchasing, delivering, storing, fixing and also disposal. If you are like me and you feel that the process is overwhelming, trust in me and try Dots.

Dots has connections with suppliers and shippers from around the world, so they find IT equipment at the best prices with minimal shipping times. My company is based in France, and we get a lot of our equipment from Asia, and it always arrives on time. I’ve worked with a few platforms, but I’ve never found one for IT hardware procurement that was so rapid and simple. That’s why I decided to go with the Pro package, but I recommend you try out the free version before you choose a package.

Try Dots out. Trust me, you won’t regret it. I stopped using any other services for IT purchasing than the Dots platform because their service standard is incredible. It’s great if you do a lot of remote onboarding, but also good just for keeping IT equipment stored worldwide for when it’s needed.

I can even define specs for specific employee kits if I want to, and Dots will find what I need at the optimal price. It saves me so much time. Great job, Dots.

My company now relies much more heavily on remote onboarding. I’m glad we learned about Dots when we started this process, because it saved us a lot of trial and error with remote onboarding of employees so we get them the equipment they need to work. It’s all there - you can buy and ship whatever you need all over the world. Just takes a few clicks and to set your delivery date.

It seems that the people of Dots have really thought of everything when they designed this platform and if not, they really listen to your feedback. IT asset management does not need to be a mess. Good thing we found Dots.

Dots really makes the IT asset procurement process easy. You select what you need, you add to the cart, you tell them where to deliver to, and they’ll send you a quote. You approve and they take care of everything and add it to their software automatically. They’ll find the most optimal supplier and the best prices for you. There was a learning curve at first but it’s got much easier and it’s definitely the best tool I’ve tried for ITAM.

You can buy all of your IT supplies in one place, and the delivery is as quick as you need. Very convenient for UK based companies, since IT procurement here is not cheap.

Very pleased with the way Dots organizes everything. I especially like the option of having Slack notifications set up about orders and deliveries, it comes with the Enterprise package and it’s really handy. Overall I’m very satisfied with their app and platform. Highly recommended.

I’m a huge skeptic about paying for software, but Dots really gets what we need done. You can purchase, ship, store and dispose of your IT equipment through the platform, and it’s so user friendly that anyone can master it easily. If you’re a small company, I recommend you go for the Pro package (I think they give a 30 day free trial as well), and if it’s not enough, you can always upgrade.

That's why we started looking for a way to buy IT equipment at reasonable prices, and we stumbled upon Dots. Frankly, we were just looking for a way to cut costs, but Dots does a whole lot more than that. It helps you keep track of all your equipment and even reminds you when the electronics need their maintenance. I don't know how much money we saved overall, but it's a lot more than we had originally expected, that's for sure.
