After driving over to Essex just to make shure they existed we were pleasantly surprised.
As soon as we met Lyn I felt comfortable about going ahead and wasn't disappointed every thing from start to finish was outstanding so thanks to Lyn and the team. 100%

We reserved the cabin with a deposit last autumn but didn't need it till now, so very impressed the price was honoured. Delivery was quick and easy. Our installer was friendly and informative, did a good job although a few screws used were too long and show beneath the soffits. The quality of the wood in places is not perfect. Our installer had to wood filler a small part. The frame around our additional window does not match the others but it does match the doors so we are ok with that. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall very impressed with our purchase☺️

We had a few problems with the installation. We did eventually get a solution (they compensated us for the problems).

Had a 7x3 metre Lillevilla cabin installed by the great people at Garden Building Specialists, top quality cabin I use as an office (and a bar on weekends). Quality of cabin is amazing, Installers were fantastic, highly recommend

I was extremely distressed with my cabin and had no faith in my issues being resolved this was until I met kenny. He fixed all the issues I had and was very thorough, professional friendly and attentive . He ensured that I was kept up to date with everything he was doing and also pointed out some important facts of how to look after my cabin which I was totally unaware of ..
his knowledge and experience shines through and his customer service is above all. A Credit to yourselves for having such a professional employee

Bought one of these at the Gardeners World Live show at the NEC in June 2025. Installed at the end of 2025 by Garden Building Specialists Ltd. Great job from start to finish even in the horrible weather! Polite, professional and efficient. Definitely recommend.

We had our 6x3m building installed prior to Christmas. The installation team did a fantastic job and actually completed a day early, fuelled by bacon sarnies and strong coffee. The building comes with a tool shed and the entire structure is insulated, laminate flooring laid and adjustable door hinges. What a game changer. We cannot thank the entire team at Lillevilla enough. A great family run business who provide an excellent buying experience from start to finish.

I was recommended Lillevilla by a friend of mines and so glad I did.It was a seamless sequence from purchasing it to the 1st class tradesman /gentleman Kenny who built it for us. It has made a massive difference to our living space and couldn't recommend Lillevilla enough compared to the other company's who are slightly cheaper but not as professional or quality materials

new cabin arrived on the planned date ,well packed and was assembled 2 days later , The cabin assembly & quality is second to none . Sealing and painting took a few days but using the quality paint recommended wasn't a chore.I would recommend Lillevilla to anyone that wants a hassle free ,quality cabin at a great price.

I contacted the company with an enquiry regarding a replacement door handle set. An extremely helpful service advisor (Ben) replied promptly and sourced the correct handle set. This is being sent out, free of charge, as a goodwill gesture. Exemplary customer service, thank you.

THE Lillevilla team have been great at every step of the process of purchasing and installing the garden room - to the extent that we have had a double skinned structure installed - a first for Lillevila. We've been really happy with the installations team as well - and this build was a first for them . Just looking forward to getting it painted now - the Lancashire weather has stalled this for a few days.

Just so you know what you’re getting into, we spent £8000 in total on the cabin including fitting but an additional £4000 on a concrete base, paint, painting, flooring and electrics with other contractors.

Lillevilla also has a lot of useful tips on teething problems- after all this is dry virgin wood going into British weather. To our alarm we noticed the front door wouldn’t shut after the recent spell of cold wet weather but we found a video on you tube explaining how the hinges could be adjusted. It worked!

Wow! Amazing service from start to finish.
Chloe in the sales department couldn’t be more helpful she walked us though the whole process.
The Lady that delivered the cabin was diligent and respectful of our property explained the whole process before unloading.
Finally Dan the cabin builder, the man is a machine! Had a work ethic which is rarely seen, his expertise in building the cabin was a pleasure to watch.

Brought a cabin in July 2024 , as instructed coated the inside and outside of the doors .
opening door started to have issues, not closing and unable to lock due to shrinking and bowing at the bottom .
Rang customer care and told that not their problem as I had not stained the inside and outside of the door the same colour , not under warranty.
This year, the door has got worse , now a 20 mm gap at the bottom of the door. Does not lock and now can not use the room as cold .
Spoke to customer care and sent hinge plates , after fitting 4 !! hinge now not even on the frame, and still not closing .
The quality of the door is very poor .
All I want is someone to come and look at it not keep telling me its not their problem after only 16 months
Very disappointed and would not recommend sadly
