I have sent numerous emails filing a complaint - none of which have had a response.
The product is not as described, and its performance does not match the claims advertised on your website.

Your advertising states that the Multi-Styler reduces frizz, adds shine, and provides smooth, healthy-looking results. However, my experience has been the complete opposite. The device overheats excessively, which increases frizz and dryness and makes it unsafe and impractical to use. When overheated, it is impossible to change the attachments without risking burns.

The tool also pulls on my hair, causes breakage, and is overall one of the poorest-performing stylers I’ve used. This is a clear case of false advertising, and the product is not fit for purpose.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be:
- as described,
- fit for purpose, and
- of satisfactory quality.

This item fails to meet these standards.

Bought this for my partner for Christmas. Today there were sparks coming from the wire where it attaches to the actual styler. Not happy as it’s only 2 month old and rarely gets used.

Bought a dryer which was ok but they then carried on taking money out of my account, 3 different amounts to the tune of about 15 pounds. Tried speaking to customer service which was a waste of time. Contacted my bank who put a stop to them taking anymore money but never got it back. Scam, dont bother.

My daughter bought me this for Christmas but I already have something similar so we both emailed the company about 6 or 7 times asking to return the item and get a refund and got completely ignored!
I tried to message them on social media too and it said they weren’t accepting messages!
I would steer well clear of this … any reputable company would have the decency to respond!
Makes me think they are SCAMMERS!
Would definitely not recommend!!!

I ordered a package in November 2025 and still haven't received. After numerous emails and no response I emailed again today 19 February 2026 and the email now bounced back.
Does anyone's have any idea how to get in touch with these people. I'm now out of pocket and nothing to show for it

I bought a 5 in one lily styler hair styler. It took 10 days to arrive overheated on the lowest setting and singed my hair.
Repeated emails to info@ were sent but never an answer.
Totaly a terrible experience and a waste of £40. They say its a product like Dyson.Nothing like.
Avoid this company. I have reported this to my bank.

Order a product before Xmas as a present for my daughter, Product was faulty and sending email after email as well as trying other ways to contact the company for a replacement, I have heard nothing back what so ever and have just been completely ignored. Please be aware should you be tempted to buy any of their recommended products and stay away from the company as after sales communication is shocking!

I have never received my item which was a Christmas present for my 14 year old daughter every time I have emailed or instagram messages I have been ignored and now there website is un available AVOID

Really disappointed with this company. I ordered a styler and storage box back in November as a Christmas present. The storage box, which was described as high quality leather, was really poor quality and damaged. The curling wand did not arrive at all. Despite several emails send to their customer service department, I have still not received the curling wand and they have stopped responding to my emails - BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AS I THINK THEY COULD BE A SCAM!

Unfortunately this doesnt curl hair, dries hair but makes it frizzy, feels very flimsy and is a total waste of money, bought the case to go with it, came bashed up and very cheap looking. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Ordered December 5th. Item never arrived sent multiple emails. Absolute joke of a company. Daylight robbery.

Shocking thieves how they can get away with this is shocking.

Want to put 0 stars. Dangerous item plumes of smoke fill the room the two times or using. Tried contacting Lily Styler London using QR code in the manual, email and on web - no response and webpage no longer active!

Wish I could put ZERO stars!!!! Caught fire when using after 6 weeks! Frightened the life out of me! Tried to get a refund and email doesn’t exist anymore!!!!

Their website has disappeared now they’ve advertised the hell out of these appliances for weeks up to Xmas.
So no customer service or warranty…
Don’t buy from any further ads… they are absolutely crap!!!!!

There should be a zero option! Ordered and paid in December and still have not received the item, contacted the company numerous times and no refund, replied once and ignored the rest!!!! aVOID

This was good for first 4 weeks, now not producing much heat. So it’s obviously made of cheap rubbish components. Waste of money.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY it overheats and burns out after only a couple of uses, customer services are a no go they dont care once they have your money ended up in the bin might as well have burnt 60 quid

I have one of these. Purchased in early December. Like other people bought after seeing so much of it on Facebook and people's positive comments. Without even trying it out, I knew I had made a mistake. The build is cheap and nasty and the functionality is awful and awkward to say the least. My advice would be if you see an advert on Facebook (any) check out Trustpilot first for honest reviews. I bought at the beginning of the selling campaign and not much on there at the time. You live and learn. This is not a UK company, but of course Chinese which explains the poor quality of this product. Save your money and look for well known makes.
