Scam website. I ordered some items from the website and received an email confirming dispatch along with tracking information, however, no tracking information available. Website is non existent and emails are being returned due to unable to be delivered.

Ordered the styler and that came no problem but looks and feels very cheap.
Later I ordered the case which was advertised as premium leather. It is not - it's very cheap synthetic which covers cardboard and came totally bashed so unusable as bent and won't close. I sent three emails and two instagram messages and have received absolutely no response over the last two months even though I received an acknowledgement that the emails had been received and I would hear back from them in 1-2 days. Never heard back. They seem very happy to get influencers to promote their goods but their customer service is utterly shocking. How many people have not had responses to problems answered and refunds not made. They must be getting quite rich on the money they have kept. Would NOT recommend this company.

If i could give 0 i would! Ordered 23rd December, no sign of delivery mid January, 4 emails sent, no reply 😡. Luckily i got money back from my bank for 'Goods not received'!

A shame it can't be rated with 0 stars... Took ages to arrive, and when it did... It didn't work. No reply when I tried to contact customer service. AVOID buying it, it's a SCAM

I purchased brush set on 9/12 arrived on 24/12. £46.85.
Noticed on bank statement for Dec., 16/12. £3.95. 28/12 £9.95. Have contacted bank i want this money refunded back into my bank.

Ordered for Christmas my daughter used it on boxing day broke on first use i have e mailed them and filled online form now emailed customersupport since January not even acknowledged the contact don't buy this the after service is rubbish

I placed an order on the 31st December 2025 and dispite several emails to them that they have never answered I have not received my order. £80 and nothing to show for it!!

I bought the lilystyler..paid for express delivery..one week later it finally arrived.
Funny now though that the 5 in 1 styler advertised on Facebook is now a different name but the women in the pictures are the same as on the lilystyler ad. Bit dodgy. I Google mapped the address of lilystyler, it's a scruffy property! Not even looking like an office etc. Please be careful folks 😕

I ordered the case to store my styler in. It arrived dirty and lid was broken . The inside was damaged. I emailed straight away with the pictures. The return email said someone will be in contact within 2 days. I'm still waiting 4 weeks later. I have emailed twice since then. But bring ignored. I have paid for a case that is useless to me. To be honest if the case was perfect, it's still not worth the money I paid for it. So don't bother with the case .

I purchased this for my daughter for Xmas , it took a few weeks to arrive . They then sent a message about being in the VIP club and charged me £3.95 . I asked them to cancel this as I didn't want it . Had message to say it had been canceled. This month January 2026 , on my bank statement I saw that they had taken £29.95 out of my bank . I tried to contact again after being reassured my VIP membership had been canceled and my email came back as they couldn't find whom to send it to. Scammers , will have to contact my bank as this is fraud in my eyes . Would I recommend them ? NO , definitely not

Ordered as a Christmas gift and paid extra for fast delivery. It took over a month to arrive, poor product. Curls drop straight out.
Customer service is a disgrace, no answer to numerous emails, no refund for delivery costs or any way of returning product.

Do not waste your money! Firstly the express shipping is a lie, the item took over 2 weeks to arrive. Secondly i think all the good reviews that flood your social media after looking at the item are fakes generated by cookies/ai. The styler does not curl my hair and its not very hot/powerful so takes ages to dry my hair (i have medium length hair that is not thick) all attempts to contact the company habe been met with a generic "we will respond in 2 days reply" but I never get s response and its been over a month. Only wish i had paid on my credit card as i would be applying for a refund that way. Honestly not worth the money at all! I bought this item at the end of November, it arrived mid December and ive been trying to get a refund since 29th December with no contact.

DO NOT BUY. SCAM. returned my unwanted hairstyler after numerous emails requesting how to return it. I had to return it to China at my expense. I have not had my refund, their email and domain doesn't exist.

Absolute scammers - it never turned up and they ignored my messages. Now they have blocked me. Requested a refund from my bank. Avoid!

I love this 5 in 1 but there were a few bumps to this road... you see i could barely curl my hair and Im not shure how to use it because the instructions barely helped so I just want to say that I love it but there needs to be some changes like what is inside the box in the corner labelled but I do love it

Like many others, I’m ignored trying to get a refund. However I did get my money back by reporting this to my bank as a dispute. This was with Barclays. They credited my account straightaway. I’m so pleased.

Bought it before I saw the reviews so I emailed them to cancel before it had even dispatched, which I have a statutory right to do. They’ve totally ignored all my emails. it’s not Uk shipping it came from China. Just avoid.

The styler is fine - no issues so far. However, the travel case that arrives is not the one listed on their website. It doesn’t fit the styler and the attachments. I have tried emailing to request a refund but have had no response. In all, styler fine but you get what you pay for. Travel case and customer service are both awful.

Took 3 weeks to arrive. Smells of burning plastic, the air wraps don’t work and the hairdryer hardly blows out any air. Emailed twice, no reply and now their website doesn’t work

Ordered the hair styler at the beginning of January 2026. Hasn't arrived and now the website and email address have both been deactivated. Looks like I've been scammed!
