I ordered this styler late 2025. It took so long to arrive despite saying on the website delivery was within days.
All efforts to chase up weee met with the generic email
Stating what I had ordered.
Finally it arrived. Very poor quality and not confident how long it will last. It’s okay as a hair styler.
Requested advice on how to put a review on their website several times. All requests ignored.
I would not recommend this company or the product.

This is a con. DO NOT ORDER. I ordered one on Nov 22 for Xmas present. At first all looked fine. I tracked the delivery (with Evri) but when it should have reached the pickup place suddenly it said returned to retailer. I received lots of reassuring messages, including one promising a refund but when I threatened to take it further they blocked my email.
It sounds from others that it was rubbish anyway so in a way I’m glad that I had to buy a similar, but much more expensive product from Argos to avoid disappointing my granddaughter. All the while I was waiting for delivery they bombarded me with ads for other products. Luckily I didn’t order more.
I don’t know what to do next but I feel they should not be allowed to get away with it.

I received this as a Christmas gift and have only used it about 3 times, it sounds tinny and yesterday it set fire. It could have been a serious fire but I managed to unplug it, the smoke and smell was acrid!
I wrote to whom I thought was Lilystyler and they confirmed it’s nothing to do with them it’s a SCAM Product from China! This product is Dangerous, if you do have one and there is no info about the company and the QR codes don’t work, please do not use. Sadly had to one star you cannot review without!

Shocking customer service . I am still waiting for a product ordered and paid for before Christmas. They continue to ignore/not respond to my emails .

Ordered two stylers along with an additional brush attachment. Tracking was given for postage. It sat for weeks saying it's on its way. Then suddenly said it was returned. I've contacted them twice and heard nothing back. No delivery, no communication back and no refund. NOT HAPPY 😡

Don't waste your money. Don't believe their money back guarantee.. they just ignore your emails.
Wasted over £90 buying two of these one for my daughter one for me. The product does not work like it shows on the ads and reviews. I've been emailing since Christmas to return for my money back, with no response whatsoever..

Terrible scammers. I don’t recommend buying from them or working with them.

I purchased their multi styler in December for my daughter for a Christmas gift. My daughter used it once, on its lowest setting on my advice to see how her hair would react to it. Within seconds it was too hot to touch, was smoking and smelled really bad. Thinking it might have been the plug socket that was faulty, we plugged it into another socket and the same thing happened within seconds. We never used it again as I was scared it might set on fire. I emailed Lilystyler, commented on their social media posts, sent private messages on socials but as I write this (28th Jan 2026) I have had no reply to any correspondence. I ended UK having to throw it away and replace my daughters gift. This company is DISGUSTING, and I am really angry that one of my daughters gifts was ruined, my money has been wasted (like everyone, I am far from in a financial position to lose this money twice after having to replace the gift) and that Lilystyler couldn't even be bothered to address my concerns with something so important as an electrical product. FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR FAMILY AND HOME PLEASE DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS.

Had since the end of of November, everything fine at first. Started cutting out and smoking. Then literally went bang, loads of smoke and stopped working. Emailed the company and have heard nothing back and judging by these reviews I probably won’t either.

Do not buy! Unsafe and they do not get in touch!!!! Will report to trading standards

Bought from them on 7th December 2025. Had to pay for express delivery as there was no other option. They emailed me a day later saying it will be between 5-10 days. A week after that I get an email asking me to provide my delivery address as it was ‘wrong’ on the order. It was not wrong according to their email confirmation but I confirmed it again. Anyway, skip forward another week, now it has been 2 weeks since I ordered, they ask for my address again. This is where they stopped replying to emails. It is now 5th January where I write them a complaint email requesting an update on the order or a refund. No answer. Emailed again on the 19th January, surprise surprise…no answer. Today I went on the email again only to find the website no longer exists. Do not buy whatever you do!

Based on my experience with Lilly Styler, returns are not straightforward. They required the item to be returned to China, with return postage costing almost as much as the product itself. A refund was not offered unless I paid the international return postage, which made returning the item impractical.

It’s fake site i ordered from 7 January and find now I don’t receive anything.and don’t answer at my email.

total scam, ordered and paid, and now they have dissapeared

I purchased the lily styler hair styler for my wife as a present in December and decided to order the case for it as an after thought. The styler arrived and does work albeit not as well as expected. The case arrived just before Christmas, crushed in transport, I tried to contact them several times but no reply. Awful customer service, I would definitely not buy from them again.

I would give it a 0 but can’t bought the lilystyler for Christmas paid extra for shipping didn’t arrive until Jan had it 2 weeks it’s broken already tried to email twice got nothing for refund or replacement avoid this company

Horrific. First time using the product it broke.
It took 4 weeks to arrive also. Just in time for christmas.
My wife has been trying to get a refund out of them for over 4 weeks. Now radio silence. Despite us threatening trading standards and small claims courts.
They have shut their website down, however I am almost positive they have reopened as Rosie Styler.
Absolutely discusting!!

Scam! I’m so angry! Lost £60, ordered 27 days ago. Company no longer exists when I click the link. DO NOT USE!

If I could give it a zero I would, ordered my product for a family member over a month ago and still has not arrived, no tracking updates no email for customer service, absolutely appalling behaviour from this shocking company, caused me humiliation.

Don’t buy this product! Mine is faulty and I contacted customers services, they asked me to send them a video then poof radio silence. I have emailed them 9 times and nothing. I think they are waiting on the 60 days to run out so they can get out of refunding me. Not a great ethical company! What a waste of £45

If I could give this a zero I would. 3rd time using it and there was a bang and smoke coming out of it with an awful burning smell.
Have contacted customer service several times so I can return it and get a refund but they ignore me.
