I bought one of these off an Instagram link and it arrived fine and works great. I then wanted to order one for my mum's birthday and so I typed 'Lily Styler' into Google and clicked the first link that appeared. I ordered another one off this website but since I made payment the website no longer exists and there is no tracking option. I've contacted my bank to report fraud. I think I read something recently that there are a lot of fake Lily Stylers and to be wary of buying off certain websites. So annoying as I am down 40 quid and no gift for my Mum. Buyers BEWARE!

I’ve never been compelled to write a review before however having purchased one of these a month ago from what I thought was a legitimate UK company (silly me!) I’m left £50 down, no styler and today when I asked the question on a couple of Facebook posts to see if anyone else had issues I was very quickly blocked. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! So cross with myself for falling for this one. Hoping I can claim back from the bank.

Bought one which only worked for 2 weeks. I have contacted the company and NO contact.

I received a styler in november 2025 ,within weeks had stopped working. I have sent 4 emails and have had no response. Terrible customer service.

Im still.waiting on my order i did buy one for my daughter i recieved that thought id buy one for myself ordered before xmas still waiting dont know how to contact them when really I jus want to cancel the bloody thing 😡

I ordered this for my wife in October got email requesting more postage money for courier to deliver which can't happen as its already paid in order.I never received item emailed for refund over 30 times and still nothing .This week they have blocked all correspondence back to me with mail not being delivered to them this is just another scam and nothing being done about it on any of the social media sites.

I wrote a review just after Christmas after my item didn't arrive and the company stopped replying to my emails. I opened a dispute through my bank to get my money back and I was issued with a refund. I just wanted to advise others to do the same as it looks like the company are continuing to scam and ignore their customers

I am really disappointed I ordered and paid £45.90 on the 4th December for a Christmas gift. There was an additional issue with shipping where I offered to pay the extra then due to lack of communication and responses I then asked for a refund on December 22nd via Amy. I have been emailing every few days since and getting no response asking for my refund. Would not recommend. I am
Now receiving auto emails that my email has failed to deliver so I’ve either been blocked or they are no longer trading. Shocking.

My lilystyler blew up around 12 weeks after I first started using it. Literally had a small birdt of flame out of the wire connection area. I emailed the company directly and commented on their Facebook page but no reply. Worse still, they removed my comment on Facebook asking for assistance. Do not buy.

Ordered this styler in December and am still awaiting arrival.
Also joined executive service as it said it was free, only to be charged on the 28th December as I had been tricked into joining a monthly club.
Don't trust this company!!!

Do not buy.... not only did it take almost a month to arrive and radio silence from them whe ln chasing. I used it for the first time yesterday an it blew up...... avoid avoid avoid.

Update I have emailed requesting a refund and the email has bounced back... my guess is they have closed down and reopened as Rosie Styler!!! As I haven't seen any Lily Styler ads for ages but Lee seeing Rosie Styler

I do not recommend this product. The accessories come out from the main body when using and within less than 2 minutes it gets really hot , making impossible to change from one head to another.

I contacted them to check that my order placed in December is said to have been delivered however I have not received it neither is left at the concierge upon checking at the apartment reception.

I had reached out multiple times in December for the same to check if the product will be delivered on time however there was no response!

It seems like fraud company to me where they don’t respond nor deliver the product!

I ordered and paid for the styler & case and postage weeks before Christmas. After arriving in NI they emailed asking for further delivery charges despite already paying so I refused and it was returned to them before Christmas by the company who was supposed to be delivering it. I have NEVER received my refund and they have ignored all my emails. Now I canmot access their website! STAY CLEAR

Ordered this product, paid for express delivery, item never came and the website has now disappeared. SCAM COMPANY.

I ordered this product on the 1st January and I still waiting for delivery. I tried emailing them and the message won’t go through to them 😡😡😡😡🥵

I am really disappointed in the turnout of all this as I ordered it on 7/12/25, it’s now the 24/1/26 and still no word of it being delivered. I sent them a few checkup emails and never got any response. Apparently it was dispatched but never arrived. I can no longer access the website so I won’t get any refund.

Very poor customer service. One of my attachments broke on my Lily Styler after just 4 uses and after approximately 3 weeks.
It was under the 60 day guarantee so I contacted them, with photos as evidence. Over and over again I emailed, only for nobody to ever return them.
Completely unsatisfactory and I'm left with the one part of the styler I wanted unusable.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!! Completely awful, ordered and paid for express shipping of their 5in1 syler, I have emailed chasing my order multiple times and they never reply. It has been 3 weeks, the tracking shows nothing and I am still waiting for my order.
