I’ve placed an order on 12/01 and have received an email confirmation. Then on 20/01 an email was issued to advise that it was “in my area” and would be delivered soon and to follow the tracking link which didn’t work. I’ve the tried to click onto their website today and it doesn’t exist. I’ve emailed them and had a bounce back basically saying this email address doesn’t exist and then they won’t accept new messages on instagram. You likely won’t be able to buy anything until they resurrect the company leading up to next Xmas. I’m going to have to raise a case of fraud with my bank in order to try and get the money back. Avoid at all costs if you’re considering in the future!!!

I ordered their package of 2 stylers and a straightener as a Christmas present for myself and daughter. It arrived late after Christmas with inadequate packaging so the boxes were damaged. First time I used it the hair styler overheated and cut out after about 4 curls and it was too hot to touch. This is a DANGEROUS item. I emailed them on January the 1st and have sent at least 5 follow up emails with no response. I have now read their reviews and worry that I will never be able to return for a full refund as they are not responding with the details required to be able to do this. DO NOT BUY from them. The items are cheap nasty and dangerous. No response to queries. I am in the process of reporting to Trading Standards. I hate to do this and make a public statement like this, but the company has failed on multiple occasions to respond and I fear for the safety of users of their products.

Payed for products with bag in.November .end of January nothing. Emailed no refund or hairdryer. DON'T USE con men.

Please don’t waste your time or your money!

The company allows you to upgrade shipping for things like ‘express next day’ but doesn’t tell you it comes from overseas and takes weeks to arrive.
When it finally did arrive the quality was so cheap - don’t be fooled that it’s going to be amazing dupe for Dyson etc. it’s not - the straighteners are flimsy and smell like they are burning. The styler is loud, and doesn’t have enough power to blow my hands dry let alone my hair.
Emails and complaints will just be ignored and you can’t contact them via telephone.
Also it says a money back guarantee- they do not honour it and will only give you credit for their website of useless products!

Don't purchase from this company, the product doesn't live up to what they tell you it is. I have tried to return it, I have complied with everything they required for example photos if the product in its original packaging and they have never resoided despite 7 emails, and of course you can't call them.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! Part of order never arrived and I have been emailing with only generic reply’s saying they will deal with my email, but they never do … RIP OFF CON ARTIST OF A COMPANY !! So many influencers have advertised these as well.

I ordered the 5 in 1 styler the first week in December for a Xmas present, I received an email saying it had been dispatched then heard nothing for a couple of weeks, I have sent 5 emails, received 2 automated replies saying they would get back to me in 1-2 business days, heard nothing more and never received the styler, awful company, do not order from them!!

I ordered the viral 5 in 1 air styler in December 2025. It was despatched almost immediately and I was bombarded with emails by the company supposedly tracking my item for me.
We get to January, and the tracking suddenly shows that the item has been returned to sender (didn’t even make it out of China) and ever since, I have been unable to get a response from the company either by email or via their socials.
It’s very disappointing. I’m currently unable to ask for a replacement or a refund because the company are effectively ignoring any attempts to contact them.
My advice would be don’t spend your money with Lily Styler.

This hair styler was for my granddaughter paris es birthday guess what she’s still waiting wish I’d of ordered it on Amazon I’ve sent numerous emails non answered for an update absolutely hiss takers

My husband ordered me one for Christmas. It never arrived. He has contacted them multiple times with very little response. Have taken his money and not provided the goods. Terrible company, and zero customer service! Do not buy from this company!!

Ordered and big delay in despatching, 2 months later no goods received and they completely ignore all emails. Do not ever buy from this awful company.

I ordered the Lily styler and straighteners as a Christmas present for my daughter. Took a long time to arrive and when it did the order was incomplete. The box for the Lily styler was damaged and there were no straighteners. The Lily styler is very poor quality would not recommend.
I have emailed a number of times for a refund of the missing items with no reply. Terrible customer service. Avoid

Bought the 5 in 1 Styler after my partner used it 5 times there was a strong burning smell coming from the styler and on closer inspection I noticed that the attachments had burn marks on them, I have tried to contact them regarding a refund 5 times with not one response. Shocking customer service and awful product

Avoid these people. They only got one star from me as it is not possible to give no stars.

My Wife ordered a leather storage box from them. It arrived sparsely wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap and nothing else. The item was damaged in transit.

They flatly refused to refund the cost or send a replacement. Their best offer was 10% off a further order. I pointed out their obligations under the Sales of Goods Act and that until delivery responsibility for the item is theirs. Having made them aware of this they accepted responsibility but since promising a replacement they have not provided a replacement.

They are now ghosting us and have not responded to emails.

They are not to be trusted and should be avoided.

I will now be speaking to Trading Standards and will, if need be, issue court proceedings out of principle.

Paid for 2x 5-1 deal over blackfriday which should've come with straighteners. Still to this day I havent received the straighteners. Multiple emails with proof they havent arrived and now being ignored. Christmas presents that my daughter wanted. No customer service and most certainly wont be coming back.

Very poor customer service. Didn't send everything I ordered, but charged for it all, sent umpteen messages but they don't care. Very sad.

1 star only because can’t give 0 - Do not buy from this company they’re a scam! They also changed their product from the Lilistyler to a different tool on their website. I ordered my styler 3 months ago and the engine burnt after only a few uses. I contacted the customer service to ask for a new one as the website said 3 years warranty. They never replied and also deleted the warranty policy (I have screenshots anyway) Utter rubbish! Shame on you and your scam trick. People is much smarter now and will stop buying your products very soon!

Initially I was happy with this company as I had purchased a multistyler which was so fantastic I decided to purchase the premium leather case. This arrived damaged and had obviously been crushed in transit. I contacted them for a replacement and received an email saying they would get back to me in 2-3 working days. That was over a month ago and I have sent numerous emails with no reply. Don’t use this company, they have no after sales whatsoever. They are very happy to take your money and then drop you. Without this issue with the case I would have given a glowing review but I would say stay away from any company that have no after sales in operation.

SCAM company,Ordered on the 20 October for a Christmas present, kept saying it was getting delivered but never arrived, kept saying it was looking into it but when I asked for a refund they stopped communicating and haven’t heard anything since. Don’t buy

Bought this after a lot of research but regret it now. Hairdryer works fine but the tools just don't sit my hair, emailed to return and get a refund as the advert said 60 day money back guarantee and was asked for pictures of the Styler which I sent at the beginning of January with no response so far and tbh not expecting one. Avoid. Obviously the good reviews are completely fabricated. Will be taking this further
