Order the styler, tools weeks to arrive and then extra payments taken from my card without authorisation. Do not order from this company they are bandits. Don’t respond to emails should be closed down.

Ordered my styler on the 1st Jan and still no delivery. Emailed 3 times….what is going on?

They have took money from my bank account twice which I did not authorise. I have emailed them many times we will be InTouch within two days. This is from December still waiting on my money back no reply. Bought one thing they owe me £13.95 and I want it back. Not trustworthy just a con.Fp not buy from this company.

Still no response. I would advise going to your bank and reporting a scam. They will refund you. I have also reported this to the governing authority. They are still investigating due to the amount of complaints.

Absolutely disgusted with this company never received my box even though they were quick to take my money. They have ignored all emails or refunded my money

I ordered a hair dryer and case on 27th November with fast delivery. I then received an email saying I needed to pay an additional delivery fee (on top of what I’d already paid). I assumed it was a scam and emailed the company to say I wouldn’t be paying anything extra, but I didn’t get a response for a while.
After emailing again, they told me I had to pay the extra £1.95 for delivery, which I eventually (and regrettably) did so I could receive it before Christmas. Since then, I’ve emailed them multiple times and had no reply at all. I’ve also messaged their Instagram page and still nothing.
I’m really annoyed with myself for falling for this, but lesson learned!

Looks like i have also been scammed. Ordered the lilystyler as a late Christmas pressie for myself on the 1st January after numerous emails and texts following my visit to their site. As it was the new year I paid for next day delivery hoping it would be a little quieter. On the 6th January I received an email updating me that my order was delayed due to high demand but was on it's way and offering me a 10% discount on my next purchase. On the 9th January I received an email from Evri to say they were expecting an order and an email from Lilystyler with a shipping update which has no information. It is now the 21st, nothing has arrived and surprise surprise i am no longer receiving any emails from the company and after sending 4 emails asking for an update and then requesting a refund they are not responding. My initial thoughts were that the offer was too good to be true, which was why I had delayed my purchase. Maybe I will listen to my gut next time and not order anything like this again.

Shocking service - completely ignore messages for assistance, I have simply received several automatic responses "we'll get back to you" and they never do. Box damaged on delivery no response. Don't use this site or product.

Ordered item weeks ago, no delivery, and no info about delivery. Got an automated email straight after purchasing to say it's taking longer than expected when it said in stock on the website, you can't contact them, well you can try but they won't respond, feel like a bit of a fool. Don't use.

I ordered one before Christmas with no problems. I ordered another on 31st December, and it has never arrived. I have emailed so many times, I guess I just have to accept that they have gone under, but they don't even have the courtesy to tell you.
I should have read the reviews first. Hope others don't get stung

CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY NEEDS TO IMPROVE REALLY POOR. I was experiencing problems with the dryer over heating after being used only a couple of times I also stupidly order the case to keep the dryer and bits together.
desciption completely misrepresented. They described it as a being made of Leather total TOTAL trash When it arrived was completely battered and was so distorted it was not fit for purpose.so far have emailed them twice with replies they would be back to me within a few days .It IS NOW OVER A MONTH FROM INITIAL CONTACT WITH THEM ,,,,,,,,,,, NOTHING.

Ordered December 24th, it's now nearly a month later and nothing has turned despite promising 5-10 days delivery, no tracking, just a link to a useless shopping app, no contact details. I am now contacting bank for a fraud case.

The styler is amazing and leave my hair feeling fuller, lots of volume and not dry. I have tried curling my hair and found this easy to do as well. My only negative was the time it took to arrive. Don't say withing 3-7 working days give a realistic delivery of 3-4 weeks then people won't be giving such negative reviews. I am looking to order the carry case and have noticed people say 'not leather', it actually states in their advert that it is Premium leather case made from 'synthetic leather' so read the small print and you would see it is not real leather. I would recommend anyone with thinking hair that is a bit worried to try this to get one as I've already stated my hair feels so much better. Even my family have said looks like its thicker again.

Only found hairdryer any good. I have emailed 4 times for a refund and they were within 30 days and no reply at all. Totally ignored me. Avoid ad customer service is shocking and £40 for a hairdryer is a bit much especially when my own was ok anyway. Shocking service.

Ordered the “leather” case which when it finally arrived was poor quality, clearly not leather and completely bent out of shape and unusable. No replies to my complaints and having read their T&C’s further they are clearly breaking UK consumer law by refusing refunds for damages or faulty goods!

I placed an order on 2nd December. It never came and have not been refunded.

Have been in contact numerous of times but only getting automated messages in response.

Scam?

My husband ordered me the lily styler for a Christmas present. Also so called next day delivery doesn't exist. It took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. Forget Customer service they never reply. Foolishly he then ordered the case, and they put 2 through on the order and charged him, he tried to intercept the purchase, once again no luck with contacting anyone. Reading other reviews about the company taking more money at a later date my husband has now cancelled his card, so these fraudsters cannot take anymore money from us. The styler itself is ok, but does get quite hot, so not expecting a long life.

Purchased one for my partner for Xmas used once and it started smoking. Sent emails without any response back would not recommended this product at all. Customer service bad too

I do not recommend buying this product. The quality is very poor, and it does not work properly. When placing the order, the company advertised fast delivery, but my order took much longer than expected to arrive. I contacted customer service multiple times to request a return and refund, but I have not received any response. This experience has been extremely disappointing. The curling machine and other items I purchased are not functioning correctly and appear to be of very low quality. Overall, this company does not seem reliable, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
