Ordered Lily styler and received same. 4/5 weeks later got email saying order dispatched and on the way. Next day pending £29.95 from account then took money unauthorised for order I didn’t make. Can’t get a hold of anyone to sort out. Thought maybe things delayed over holiday period but no response mid January. AVOID

I got a 5 in 1 hairstyle for Christmas from my husband. I decided to buy the case .The case is cheap and the compartments are not as advertised. I have emailed them several times about this and no reply.

Do not part with your hard earned money on these scammers. This is not a London based company as the name would imply/lie. Paid the £39.99 + £4.95 for the life time guarantee, the guarantee was delivered in minutes digitally. I looked for more info on the delivery if the actual product, as my stomach was telling me something was wrong. Payment had gone to Lilystyler Italy. Alarm bells. Emailed the company for an answer for the physical item, no reply, told them if they didn't reply soon I'd cancel, got an generic update saying it was on its way to the distribution hub, Chinese style.No dates given. All adding up to Bull shit.
Next thing, they took another £9.99 out of my account with out permission on a recurring basis. This was 6 days after the original order.
Rang my bank and explained I've been scammed, asked bank to get my money back 8 to 10 weeks.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Item has arrived and it’s shocking. Doesn’t come in lily styler box just a basic one like of TikTok. Emailed to ask for a refund, they replied to ask why I wanted a refund but had no reply since. Website says if I return without them knowing I won’t get a refund. Product itself isn’t worth it at all. Very plastic and cheap. I also paid for lifetime warranty thinking it would be really good and it’s not. There next day delivery is also a lie as it comes from china in about 2 weeks. I’ll now be going through my bank to get this refunded

Ordered for my daughter for her birthday. She couldn't get the hang of it so it didnt curl her hair. I asked to send it back and was told no because it had been used. Offered a 10% refund which I ended up accepting as there wasnt much else I could do.
Never received said refund despite emailing numerous times. Gave up in the end.
Scammed!
Scammed!! I ordered this 3 weeks ago, the company’s ad popped up on my instagram, so I thought i’d treat myself for christmas, they have ignored all my emails, everytime I leave a comment on their instagram posts asking where my order is, it gets deleted instantly. Ive had to set up a dispute with my bank, hopefully they will investigate and take it further. Such a shame, as I could of bought one off Amazon that was half the price. Definitely wont be buying anything off instagram ads anymore. Will also be reporting them to instagram as-well so they get shut down so this doesnt happen to anyone else. The website doesnt even exist anymore, and their contact number is a foreign number. Will also be contacting the police so they can trac down these scammers with their IP address.

Avoid at all costs! Ordered one for my niece for her birthday and has never arrived, even though I get emails telling me it will be here in the next few days. I’ve contacted customer service 4 times and no response. Tried ringing the telephone number on there website and it does not exist.

I bought this as an Christmas gift only to then find out a week later my wife already had one, I immediately emailed asking to return it, after a few days with no response I emailed again, a few days later I got an email from Bev on their customer service team, this was over 2 weeks ago and have sent multiple emails since then with no response! Purchased a lily styler and the premium leather case for my girlfriend’s Christmas present , the leather case come damaged, 25/12/25 emailed them with photos and got a response on the 26th, offering 10% discount off my order, i told them I didn’t want that but a replacement would be fine, since then I’ve been completely ignored!!

unfortunatley i cannot give zero stars. i ordered and paid for a styler in November and patiently waited for it to arrive. I had several notifications from EVRI stating it was out for delivery but it still didnt arrive. i then contacted Lilystyler via several e mails asking them to look into the issue and eventually requesting a refund. I have now requested a refund on 3 occasions and my mails are being ignored so i have decided to take this company to trading standards. i purchased a very similar item from amazon and its great and arrived within 2 days so do not throw your money away on this company

Lovely Present
Ordered as a Xmas present for my 12yo daughter and she absolutely loves being able to curl or straighten her own hair without the heat being 'too much'. Thinking of ordering one for myself and getting the carry bags too.
The only downside is that the attachments can get a little hot so changing them needs a towel.

Broken and unusable
My delivery arrived this week after a 2-3 week delay as it should have been a Christmas present. 2 attachments were broken on receipt and the main styler can't be used as it is also broken. No response so far from the company acknowledging this or offering replacement or refund. I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering as I wouldn't have wasted my money on this tat!
Next step is reporting to trading standards as they advertise that they are London based, but are clearly based in China and their customer service is non-existent!
Update 25/1/26 - the Lily Styler website has done down and emails are being bounced! Luckily we paid via credit card and are pursuing a charge back to get a refund on this, otherwise I think we would have lost nearly £50 on a product that I can't use
