My first holiday without my late husband for60years.last year we were very pleased with treatment. This year i was a little scared,but everyone was so good,driver jim, Daniel tour guide,carers Barbara,nora and gabriel. i would always recommend the holiday to everybody.

Kristina and Sunny were both very helpful with making choices and answering my questions.
Nothing was too much trouble for Kristina and she always called me back when she said she would.
Also, she kept in touch with me during a difficult time.

An employee named Sharon phoned in response to my enquiry .Sharon was most helpful and considerate .My details were taken and I was given more information about Limitless . I made further enquiries about various options but none were compatible with my diary.Sharon suggested that the November I3 Amsterdam was a good fit and I booked it.

The booking of the holiday was very easy Millie was helpful and enthusiastic about the holiday . The tour support was excellent . I spent time with a fab bunch and really enjoyed. It . Also Dave the driver was friendly and helpful . Its the brst holiday i have been on with Limitless .

So far I am very happy with the service.

I accompanied my Mum on a trip to Bournemouth and she had a wonderful time. The Limitless Team were a wonderful bunch - very caring & really created an unforgettable, enjoyable trip.
There were 11 of us on the holiday and only 2 of us were able to walk unaided for any distance. Since all the other guests were in wheel chairs or on mobility scooters, a LOT of time was taken up getting people on & off the coach... understandable of course but worth mentioning for those who get frustrated by a lot of waiting around. There was a trip on a steam train on the Swanage excursion & in reality, for this group, it was not a good choice. All those in chairs or on scooters were cooped up in the accessible area - the faff of getting them in & out probably wasn't worth it because some of them couldn't even see out of the window at the lovely views.
I was an able-bodied, younger guest on the trip and was happy to help the other guests. For example I spotted one guy looking really chilly and realised that he was unable to do up his coat himself so of course I zipped it up for him but the carers hadn't spotted that he needed help. I think understanding the disabilities of the other guests and being alert for situations when their disabilities would cause them issues is important.
But overall the carers did a brilliant job. Especially Daniel, the group leader who was a wonderful human being & very attentive, always checking in that everyone was OK, handing out water etc. the quizzes he organised in the evenings really brought the group together and we all had a lot of fun.
I would definitely recommend them to any less abled people who would like to experience a 'normal' holiday knowing there are carers to attend to their needs & help everything go smoothly.

This will be cruise number two with Limitless Travel. With our new found experience and the experts at Limitless we found the perfect cruise to celebrate 40 years of marriage. The booking process is excellent. We will await the actual cruise to feedback on the support we get onboard.
