Alvin was very helpful in the planning of our upcoming trip to Zanzibar and Tanzania. We had many back and fore messages to get us the right flights and accommodation. He went over and above to make sure everything was right for us. Can’t fault the service so far and look forward to our holiday in February 2027

A special 10/10 to Kevin, who was absolutely brilliant. He sorted everything out for me for my trip to Cabo Verde, including the flights and hotel, making the whole process simple and stress-free. Kevin was extremely helpful, friendly and always made sure everything was arranged exactly as needed.

It’s not always easy to organise a holiday, but Kevin took all the hassle away and gave me complete confidence that everything was taken care of.

I’m extremely happy with the service from Holiday Vibes and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to book their next holiday.

10/10 service, 10/10 customer care, and a special thank you to Kevin! 👏🏿🌴✈️

Thank you, Holiday Vibes, for helping make my trip to Cabo Verde such a great experience!

Such a great experience communicating with Alvin at World Holiday Vibes. I only wanted some information on a planned trip to Japan, & really expected a bit of a hard sell. However, Alvin gave me the information through professional, friendly & helpful text messages. He also understood l will need time to consider the holiday, encouraging me to get back to him if l have further questions or when ready to book the holiday. I would highly recommend this company & Alvin in particular.

Joseph was really quick & efficient at gathering our travel options together.

I spoke with a woman called Avril who made the booking process very easy throughout, always easy to contact and explained things through WhatsApp or via phone call. I would definitely use this company for my next trip.

I spend a few days chatting over WhatsApp to come up with the perfect Japan holiday for me and my husband. Maddie was very professional, kind and helpful. We checked all the details as carefully as possible, as there were some minor errors to be fixed, but these were easily resolved. I asked a lot of questions. Most have been answered to my satisfaction. We are really looking forward to the holiday next year. 🥰

Hi, I would like to share my experience with World Holiday Vibes and would be specially thankful to Mr. Joseph Kai. He is extremely friendly and went out of his way to be helpful, answering all my questions and tailoring things to my preferences. Unfortunately, due to some unexpected personal circumstances, I had to cancel the trip before finalizing it. Even though I didn’t get to travel this time, the outstanding support I received left a lasting impression. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated and caring trip organizer.

Marshall has been patiently helping me put together my specific itinerary to Sri Lanka and Maldives. He helped me keep within my budget without having to forgo any part of the itinerary.
I am looking forward to a fantastic holiday at the end of this year!
Thank you Marshall!

Eric has been amazing , and very patient with my booking couldn’t of asked for a better person

Quick to respond and provided a number of options to consider. Joseph was very helpful and knowledgeable and always polite.

I have just this minute booked a trip to Japan, and wow how easy was the process,Lewis was super helpful with fulfilling all I needed and answering all my questions regarding the booking, being very patient when I wasn’t sure about something, probably the easiest holiday I have ever booked ,also the price of the holiday was a bonus too and it’s great that I can message a person direct if I needed to change or add anything else I wanted for this trip, can’t wait to explore Japan x Thanks again to Lewis for making the booking process a pleasure rather thank a chore, many thanks

We had a great experience, we had an acceptable assistance all the travel, the only thing I didn't like was the distance of the hotels, it was too far, we paid too much for taxi, the last hotel was in a different city, it was in Bibione but we should be in venice, just to get there from the train station we paid 270.00 €.

Very efficient, quick and courteous. Great holiday deal for 2028.

Lewis has just been amazing from start to finish!! Everything has been straightforward easy everything has been worked out to a T!!! So I now have a 10 day safari holiday to Tanzania and Zanzibar ( I think) booked for my 40th birthday!!!

Would highly recommended with the experience I have received

Great service from Lewis when booking my Japan trip! No question too much. Thanks again
