Without a doubt, this is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever received. In this day and age, it is rare to find someone who is genuinely committed to serving customers with patience, understanding, honesty, and complete transparency.
Kevin went above and beyond to ensure I understood every aspect of the holiday package, including the fares, any potential challenges, and everything that was included. He took the time to answer all my questions, never made me feel rushed, and ensured I was completely satisfied with the service he provided.

I would not recommend World Holiday…
I would not recommend World Holiday Vibes based on my experience.
At the beginning of January and February, I agreed on a specific price for a holiday package and made the required deposit and two further instalment payments. I believed my booking had been secured at the agreed price.
However, in April, I was informed that the flight price had increased because the agent had not actually booked the flights when I made my payments. Instead, they had simply been collecting my money. This was extremely disappointing, as the price increase was due to their delay, not anything on my part.
We could not reach an agreement because they were unable to find a comparable flight at the original agreed price. As a result, I requested a full refund on 27 April.
It is now the end of June, and I still have not received my refund of £2,767.28. Since May, I have made numerous phone calls and sent multiple emails, but the communication has been extremely poor. My agent, Joe Correa, has not responded to my emails, and when I call the company, I am repeatedly told that only Joe can deal with my case or provide an update. I find it very concerning that no other member of staff is able to access my reference number, update me on the status of my refund, or assist in resolving the matter. Every time I contact them, I receive the same response have repeatedly contacted the company for updates, but I am constantly told that “Joe is not around” and Joe doesn’t respond to my emails and messages anymore . This has been incredibly frustrating, and I have received no meaningful progress despite my many follow-up calls.
Overall, my experience has been poor. The agreed booking was not honoured, communication has been disappointing, and my refund has been unreasonably delayed.
I appreciate your reply, however my concerns have still not been properly addressed.
I paid my deposit in February on the understanding that my holiday price was secured. I was then informed later that the price had increased by around £200+ per person, which I believe should not have happened after I had already committed and paid.
My main issue now is the refund. I have been repeatedly told that I will be refunded once funds are received from the airline and suppliers, but I have not been given any clear timeline, reference number, or update on the status of my refund request.This is not a satisfactory answer.
Businesses and airlines work to timelines. If a refund request has been submitted to Cathay Pacific and the other suppliers, there should be a reference number, a processing status, and an estimated timeframe. Simply telling me that I will receive my refund whenever you receive the money does not provide any certainty and leaves me without any indication of when I can expect my money to be returned.
I have been patient throughout this process, but I believe it is reasonable to expect clear communication and a proper update rather than the same generic response.

As we were unable to reach an alternative arrangement that met your expectations, you chose to cancel the booking and requested a refund. We completely understand that waiting for a refund is frustrating. However, your refund is dependent on the funds being returned to us by the airline and other travel suppliers. While we continue to actively follow up with them, we are unfortunately unable to release monies that have not yet been received into our account.
We sincerely apologise if our communication has not met the standard you expected. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve.
Please be assured that your refund has not been forgotten. As soon as the supplier refunds are received by us, we will process your refund without unnecessary delay. We appreciate your patience and thank you for giving us the opportunity to address your concerns.

Atrocious service and DO NOT RECOMMEND!
My experience with this service has been atrocious. Honestly I wish I had never booked my holiday with them as they ruined a dream holiday for me. I would NEVER recommend them. I booked a long holiday through this service and it cost a lot of money however, part of it didn’t end up going ahead and yet I’m still waiting for my refund, nearly 3 months later. My holiday was booked by Logan but he’s disappeared now suddenly, when they want you to book the holiday they keep calling and contacting you but then once you’ve booked a holiday and things don’t go right, they disappear. At one point Joe took over and he was even worse. He kept telling me their calls are recorded, which is great but that hasn’t helped me get my refund back yet! I’ve contacted the service countless times and every time the call is not answered. When I do manage to speak to someone from the company they tell me Logan and Joe are busy- funny because it’s every time I’ve called or I’m told someone has died and the agent is off because of that. Honestly I have no idea what the truth is but right now the truth for me is I’m still waiting on this company to refund my money. I’ve asked countless times for a breakdown of the costs for my insurance and yet 3 months later I’m still waiting. Please save your money, go with a more reputable service because this service is not reliable. Also if you look at the majority of the reviews they are based on simply having a phone call with the service, that’s really not a reliable way of seeing how good a company is. If you have decided to go with this service then I advise you to ensure you’ve checked the hotels, the hotel rooms they’ve booked and to check the flight prices as well (because usually you’ll find them cheaper online compared to this company) and good luck!
4th August 2026- update: it’s funny the company has replied and said to contact them. However, I have many screenshots, which I’d happily upload if it let me, of the fact that I’ve called them and they’re just not answered across the past few months…so they’re choosing to ignore my calls. I’ve asked countless times for updates and again been met with silence. It has now been 6 months and I haven’t been given my refund back. My best piece of advice: AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. This is an unreliable company, that neglects its customers. Honestly the negligence this company has towards their customers is atrocious.
