I had an excellent experience Kevin Vincent. From the very beginning, he was incredibly patient, attentive, and willing to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. He took the time to understand my preferences, provided thoughtful recommendations, and guided me through every step of the planning process. The itinerary was always so detailed and evmxplained every detail.
His professionalism, knowledge, and calm approach made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable. No matter how many changes or requests I had, he remained friendly, responsive, and supportive throughout even if this was ongoing for many days. When booking, I was hesitant about payment but I was reassured and received booking confirmation promptly. The itinerary was after explained clearly.
I truly appreciate his dedication to customer service and would highly recommend Vincent to anyone looking for a reliable and patient travel consultant. Thank you for making my travel planning experience so smooth and enjoyable!

My first holiday in China went perfectly, exactly as planned. No unpleasant surprises or last-minute changes. The information provided was complete and accurate. A special mention goes to Lewis, my contact person, who was particularly patient with my various requests and responded perfectly. I was very anxious because it was my first trip so far away and my intermediate level of English might hinder my understanding, but right up until the day before departure, he reassured me about the itinerary and confirmed that everything was in order for a smooth departure. If the quality of service and prices remain excellent in a few months, I will definitely travel again, but this time to Japan.

We recently booked our very first holiday to Zanzibar with World Holiday Vibes for mine and my eldest daughter’s birthday, and the whole experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish.
Logan was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process as well as considering our NHS discount as three of us are NHS staff. He took very good care of us, answered all of our questions, and made the booking process so easy and stress-free. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made us feel confident and excited about our trip.
The customer service we received was excellent, and we truly appreciated the time and effort Logan put into helping us find the perfect holiday. We are so excited for our Zanzibar getaway and would highly recommend World Holiday Vibes to anyone looking to book a special holiday experience.

It took dozens of attempts to get the right information on my package itinerary. They kept putting the wrong hires despite me messaging them repeatedly. I was also told there be no price increases. Now they have put the price up nearly 10%. They won’t give me a full refund of what I’ve paid despite ABTA states if it’s greater than 8% you are entitled to a full refund. Read the term and conditions and do not believe the reassurance of the adviser. If the prices go down they don’t give you a discount on a holiday you already booked. We don’t flight till 11 months hence prices can fall by then. I’ve lost all trust and wouldn’t book with these again.
Update: Again they still not giving a full refund. Any other company would give you a full refund.
