I recently booked our holiday through Holiday Bay and had a fantastic experience thanks to Arya. We had a specific vision in mind for our trip, and although it took a little time and tweaking to get everything just right, Arya was incredibly patient, helpful, and persistent throughout.
She listened to what we wanted, offered great solutions, and didn't give up until every detail was perfect. We’re so excited for our trip and couldn't have done it without her dedication. Highly recommend booking with them—ask for Arya if you can!

I reached out after seeing advert on FB. I wanted to go to China & Japan for 28 days. Max put a very easy to understand itinerary together which included all flights, all transfers, all hotels. The price was very competitive. Max was very knowledgeable, always polite & professional. Great Customer Care skills & follow-up. Highly recommend. Will use you again. Thank you

Rozi Reed was brilliant, quick response and provided very detailed quote. Would definitely recommend

Arya , again , after completing my trips to Japan and China, was able to accommodate my request of a 7 day trip to South Korea , flights hotel and transfer , effortless booking, this time meeting the needs of 2 different airports of 2 people sharing the journey . Thanks so much for all your assistance. Recommended to all.

I communicated with Bob who quickly found out what I was looking for and came back with a great option, good itinerary and very good price.
His information was perfect, he was pleasant during our discussion and very polite when I said our plans had changed. He left an option to contact in the future so I’m thoroughly happy with the service he provided.

Jake was very helpful and patient with all my questions.I would definately use again.

Spoke to jake,he was very helpful and great customer service, gave me all the information I needed for my next adventure thankyou jake

They had the best located hotels .I went for transfers . So glad I did ..taxis told you where to meet .what car they were in and left you at each hotel .no fuss .Just get in and they knew where to go .all good english too .
Each hotel was central .walking distance to near all hot-spot. Hardly used a taxi at all. Just walked .
The hotel in Bankok .was pretty ordinary. Not great .but hotel in phuket ,malasia .bali and singapore were class .
All flights were on time no long stopovers .hassle free .
Will 100% recomend and use these people again .100% . Once you learn how to use their voucher system ..its easy .. just remember some countries you need to fill out travel cards online. And bali you need to fill out a visa .and travel card .

Very helpful in trying to meet my itinery . Tried many different ways of achieving my trip but unfortunately prices have gone up significantly in the 3 years since i last went.

Bob has been really with planning a holiday for me. Although I haven’t booked he’s very kind and patient

Just booked a trip to Thailand for my 40th beginning of April for 2 weeks, visiting a few different islands. The lovely Arya has been amazing helping me with this. I’ve never been and she’s come up with the perfect trip, whilst we are there everything is being taken care of transfers to and from Airport, islands and hotels what more could you want. Communication has been brilliant, she’s been very patient with me back and fourth. We got there in the end. I cannot wait to experience Thailand. Thank you again Arya.
