I would like to thank Holiday Bay especially JASON for guiding me through our holiday plans for a 2 week trip to Thailand. He and the team worked hard and professionally throughout the whole process. 1 or 2 obstacles were sorted out very quickly, finding and securing different hotels and flights which I was thankful for. I can’t thank JASON and the team enough for their help and consideration. Holiday Bay must be pleased with their standards and I hope the holiday goes as well as the planning ! We booked to go to Thailand for 3 weeks, September 2026. As much as I had my paperwork very late and disjointed I have to change my initial disappointed review, as Denver, managed to pull everything together for us and kept in contact throughout our trip. His commitment to customer care was second to none and it is because of this, we plan to book future trips with Holiday Bay again.
Denver’s professionalism and commitment to us having a great holiday is what stands out, in the very competitive world of travel agency.
This is why I highly recommend potential travellers using this company and ask for Denver.

Just back from an excellent trip to Thailand which I booked with Arya through Holiday Bay. We spent 5 nights in Pattaya in a great hotel with an excellent location. 5 nights in Koh Samui on the beach and central to most places, 5 nights in Koh Lanta at an excellent beach resort hotel and 6 nights in Phuket also excellent hotel close to beach and shopping areas.
Arya was excellent throughout the holiday as she always txt to see how things were going and updated me on flights and transfers throughout my holiday. I have never had that type of service from any other travel agency. Arya gave an excellent after sales service and thanks for all your help and making this holiday so memorable.
Will be booking again with Arya.

We recently booked a holiday for the second time through Shane at Holiday Bay. He helped us secure a two week trip to Thailand with multiple locations, transfers and flights. It’s a special trip for a big birthday and he took all our needs into consideration. We’re really looking forward to the break.

Recently I booked a holiday to Japan with Ava Grace who has been my rock through the whole process.
My booking was not the easiest one because it required harmonisation of flights to meet my siblings who live in a different country, in a different continent, and with various requirements.
Ava organised transportation logistics with precision which constituted the arrival of everyone in one place from different parts of the world! I would say the tasks had required precision and good manoeuvres!

Max was exceptionally helpful from start to finish for our Disney Trip in November. He answered all questions I had and was very happy to help with all aspects of planning.
