We recently booked our holiday to Thailand for 2028 through Holiday Bay, with Izanne as our travel agent, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received.
Izanne has been incredibly helpful from the start, with excellent communication and a real willingness to go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. She has been more than happy to help with all aspects of our trip, from travel arrangements and transfers to recommending hotels and making sure we have everything we need for a fantastic holiday.

We got back from Japan in middle of August having booked with Arya from Holiday Bay the trip was amazing even better than we thought. That good that we have booked again and I can't recommend Arya enough she has been fabulous in any requests I asked for with helping to change hotels and she sorted everything right down to taxi from airport to the bullet trains. Jason responded very quickly to my initial request, and provided a full detailed inventory including flight details of my requested trip. He also stated that he could add any desired guided tours that I would like to undertake. He was very helpful with my various questions and although I didn’t purchase this holiday because we decided a guided tour would be more suitable for us, I would certainly consider using Holiday Bay for any future trips and would be very happy dealing with Jason again
