We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Arya while planning our trip to Japan and South Korea.
From the very beginning, Arya was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and supportive, providing us with valuable information and guidance that made planning our trip so much easier.

I had an excellent experience with Chris Williams at Holiday Bay. Chris was incredibly professional, responsive, and quick to get back to me whenever I had any questions or needed help finding the right travel packages.
He planned an amazing 60-night trip around Southeast Asia for me, including multiple destinations, and the entire itinerary was put together perfectly. The amount of planning involved could have been very stressful and overwhelming, but Chris made the whole process completely hassle-free.
Unfortunately, due to some unforeseen circumstances, I haven't been able to book the trip yet, but I am hoping to do so soon. That said, based on all the planning, effort, and excellent service Chris has provided so far, I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a travel agent. He has been fantastic from start to finish!
I will update it once I have actually booked the holiday and I've been back from the trip
