Great communication with Shane, while sorting out the holiday package . He went through all the stages of the holiday, making changes when asked, and listening to our feedback. Overall good experience, and would not hesitate in recommending Holiday Bay to friends.

Ava Grace has been really helpful to find the perfect holiday for my large family group holiday! She didn’t mind looking at various options for me and nothing seemed to be too much of an ask. She has been amazing!

I honestly can’t recommend Ava Grace highly enough. From the very first conversation, she has been absolutely fantastic.

Planning a complicated multi-destination holiday can be stressful, especially when you’re travelling through Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand, with multiple flights, hotels and transfers to organise. Ava has made the whole process feel incredibly easy and reassuring.

She has been patient, professional, incredibly helpful and extremely responsive throughout. I had lots of questions and wanted to make absolutely sure that everything was correct before committing to the booking, and Ava never once made me feel like I was being difficult. She took the time to answer every question thoroughly and put everything in writing for me.

What really stood out was how personal and attentive her service was. It didn’t feel like I was just another booking. Ava genuinely wanted to make sure everything was right and that I felt completely comfortable with the arrangements.

She has gone above and beyond to help organise what looks like an amazing trip, and I already feel confident that we’re in safe hands.

I contacted Holiday Bay to organise a trip to Thailand and Rex got back to me promptly to discuss my needs. Within a very short time he’d arranged the perfect holiday for me, visiting some locations I’ve been to previously and wanted to visit again, plus a few new islands I am keen to visit, all this at a great price! Chris W was so helpful and accommodating from the first enquiry to our actual decision to book. We gave a few options and Chris came back promptly with multiple options for us to consider- our quotes were clear and well detailed making it so easy to compare our choices. I contacted company and my agent was Shane. I gave him my details and what I wanted from my holiday. He tailored my needs and got back promptlty and gave me tine to peruse and consider without being pushy, also offering to make any further amendments.
Unfortunately due to health checks my cimpanion is undergoing, our holiday is currently on hold. Shane was very understanding. I would use this company again when my friend is cleared to travel and would recommend Shane as an efficient understanding agent .

Holiday Bay had been absolutely amazing in organising our honeymoon. Ava Grace who has been helping and point of contact has shown true kindness and compassion with the fact that we were stalling our booking due to illness. She really went the extra mile to try and help with our needs. Unfortunately due to the illness we have had to cancel our honeymoon. But I say this and I mean it, due to Ava’s professionalism we will be back on to her and Holiday Bay to book a future holiday. God willing.
