From the very first conversation, Izanne really listened, asked the right questions, and crafted a holiday that matched exactly what I was imagining. They were patient, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to making it special. Even when I had to cancel for health reasons, they handled everything with kindness and total professionalism. It's rare to find that level of care, and it really stood out. I'd recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for personal attentive travel planning.

Exceptional service from Bob at Holiday Bay.
We approached Bob to arrange a very special trip to Douth Korea, Japan and Hong Kong to celebrate out Golden Wedding Anniversary, traveling as a family of three. It’s quite a complicated itinerary , with five destinations, different hotels, internal flights and bullet trains, and we had specific ideas about what we wanted from the holiday. From the outset, Bob was extremely patient, helpful and determined to find the right holiday for us. We tweaked our requirements several times as we discussed the trip as a family, and Bob never made us feel anything was too much trouble. He went back to the drawing board whenever necessary, looked at alternative hotels and routes and worked really hard to balance our wish for good quality, well located hotels within our budget.
Most importantly, he listened. He understood that we weren’t simply looking for the cheapest holiday but wanted the right balance of location, comfort and value for what is a very important celebration for us.
Throughout the process Bob was friendly, responsive and knowledgeable and completely transparent about the options.
We’ve traveled extensively using other bespoke companies so have a good basis for comparison. The level of attention and service from Bob really stood out.
We have booked our holiday now and are absolutely delighted and looking forward to it.

I recently returned from an incredible holiday to Hurghada, Egypt, and I can honestly say it was one of the best holidays I have ever had. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was perfectly organised, making the entire experience completely stress-free and enjoyable.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, with stunning surroundings, spotless rooms, excellent facilities, and friendly staff who always went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food was delicious with plenty of choice every day, and the pools, beach, and entertainment made every moment enjoyable. The Red Sea was breathtaking, and the weather was perfect throughout our stay, making it an ideal destination for a relaxing getaway.

I would also like to give a special thank you to our travel agent, Alex, who provided outstanding service from start to finish. Alex was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions we had. His advice and attention to detail ensured everything went smoothly, giving us complete confidence when booking our holiday.

Holiday is by far the best company I have booked with. Their excellent customer service, competitive prices, and professional approach made the whole booking process simple and hassle-free. Everything they promised was delivered, and the holiday exceeded all of our expectations.

Becks was very patient as I was asking a few questions regarding flights, hotels and tickets which Becky answered, fantastic customer service
