Jeremy was very patient and tailored my holiday to Germany next autumn to my exact wishes. Great service, thoroughly recommended.

We have recently returned from a holiday to Vietnam (Danang and Ho Chi Minh) finishing with three nights in Bangkok. We had a wonderful holiday. Jeramy at Wallmark arranged everything for us including the internal flights and transfers. The hotels were all superbly located, couldn’t have been better. Jeramy knew his stuff. Accommodation in Vietnam in both cities was of a high standard. The hotel in Bangkok was not quite as impressive, but we still had no complaints.
Everything ran smoothly except for a glitch with our transfer in Bangkok due to major delays at passport control( 3 hours to get through) but we messaged Wallmark and they responded instantly with a solution.
The war in the Middle East broke out 3 days before we were due to fly which inevitably caused an issue as our original flights were via Doha. However, Jeramy worked hard to find us alternative flights at a reasonable cost (our original flights were refunded) and although we lost the days in Hanoi, we still got away and had a fabulous time.
We will definitely consider using Wallmark again as they provide responsive service, and a quality holiday at very good price. Thank you Wallmark

Jason the individual we have been dealing with to tailor our holiday and book it has been very efficient helpful and had gone above and beyond to ensure every single detail is to our liking. Having researched a great deal, toiled over many emails in detail and received repeated missed calls, from many different holiday companies, we thankfully stumbled over Wallmark Holidays UK.
Communications and information so easy, initially, via messaging. They have found the perfect multi-centre holiday for us, and at a price much cheaper than all other companies.
The whole process has been smooth, without intrusion and no harassing phone calls.
We are over joyed and extremely grateful.
We will certainly be using again and have recommended to family, friends and colleagues.

I personally dealt with Zac Adams, Zac found us a great holiday to Thailand visiting phuket,krabi and bangkok, all the locations i wanted including the animal sanctuary, all my concerns were responded to immediately and reassurance given, all flight,internal flight, ferry and hotel arrangements were made by Zac and sent through to me to review. Zac gave me plenty of time to read through all the information. Payment was nice and easy to do, looking forward to this amazing holiday.

Alex has been absolutely amazing, accommodating in every way, and very responsive, we encountered a few hiccups, but he did his best and resolved it promptly.
