Halo Holidays Reviews

We havent even had our holiday yet and the agent has completely lost our confidence by her incompetence or carelessness
In fact she has messed up two holiday
1. Usa trip booked hotel in florence south carolina instead of Alabama
2. Thailand trip - booked one internsl flight in march when we are going in May. When error was highlighted she changed all flights to march
Never returns messages on time and always breaks promises
Head office i think is an unmanned shed as noone answers the phone
Cowboys and after i get the two holidays over and done with its the last i want to hear of Halo
If things dont get resolved this week i will be naming the “senior sales consultant ‘ concerned
