Halo Holidays Reviews

Halo Flight thru Ms Ella helped us find reasonable ticket for the flight for our upcoming holiday to Philippines this coming 31 of December 2026. We asked her to arrange for a wheelchair for me at the airport there and back and to find out for us if taking with me my motorised scooter would be free of charge. Thankfully, Turkish Airline responded straight away on the day and after sending the requirements, we have been approved. So, a massive thank you Ms Ella for your patience and being accommodating in answering my husband's queries. I am giving you, 4* for now, and then, if I find no hassle travelling as a person with disability thru Halo flights, I will be coming back to give another review about my experience.

I tried to reach out to Halo holidays regarding my complaint. I would like to escalate the complaint as the discussion with halo holidays have not been helpful. Does anyone know whom to approach regarding the issues we faced during our trip planning to Japan in march / April 2026. It has been more than three months but not able to get any resolution from halo holidays.

Vanessa is as great as ever since I started having my reservations with her. She really find a way where I can spend less, and advises me what’s the best. That until the end of the journey, she is always there to approach if anything comes.
I really can recommend her to anyone who would love to have someone, not as a travel agent but someone who treats you as a family in assisting you with your travels.

Vanessa at Halo Flight arranged my trip to Philippines, she gave me really helpful recommendations regarding my booking.
Vanessa was very friendly and helpful…

I just like to commend Halo Philippines for helping me secure a ticket for my holiday this coming Christmas season. We all know that this around is the most challenging and expensive time of the year to get a value for money ticket.

Special mention to Ella Adams for being helpful and patient with me. She always update me on the current fares on airlines that i asked her to check.

Looking forward to doing more transactions in the next holiday.

Thank you again to Halo Philippines and Ella!

Brenda Lopez, had given us excellent services, go through all the enquiries that I’ve enquired. Brenda, put my mind at rest, specially our nature of the world now lots of scammers.

I had Shawn advise me with our honeymoon to Japan and she was amazing and was so helpful and got the best deal for my partner and I

My husband and I decided that we would like to go to Japan and Bali but didn't know where to start until I seen a post on Facebook advertising Halo Holidays.
I enquired about a holiday and Dylan Taylor got back to me straight away. He took some details of what we wanted and hd gave us some fabulous suggestions which led to us booking a holiday. I must say that Dylan was so patient with the amount of questions I had and he helped us find our dream holiday. He was so professional and the service he provided was exceptional. I would highly recommend him to other people looking to find their dream holiday.
Great job Dylan and my husband and I thank you so much.
