Finding a return flight home was becoming a massive headache until Halo Travels reached out. Working with Liza Mendoza was an absolute breeze! She was patient, clear, and answered all of my queries. I can finally relax now. I highly recommend Halo Travels based on this experience. Thank you, Liza—I’ll definitely recommend you to friends and book with you again!"

I booked our Disney holiday almost a year ago, and at the time of booking the communication and customer service were excellent. Unfortunately, the experience since then has been very disappointing.

I have contacted the company several times by WhatsApp and email regarding documentation I need and a request to change our room for personal reasons. Despite repeated attempts, I have received little to no response.

I understand that not every request can necessarily be accommodated, and I appreciate that room changes may depend on availability. However, I do expect my messages to be acknowledged and my questions to be answered, especially when I have been trying to organise a holiday that has been booked for such a long time.

It is frustrating to feel that the communication was so good when taking the booking, but has now become almost non-existent when I need assistance.

I hope the company improves its customer service and provides the communication and support customers should be able to expect throughout the booking process.

I have been booking my flights through Halo for many years, and I always make sure to ask for Vanessa. She is incredibly reliable, patient, and always goes above and beyond to cater to my needs.

I simply tell her my preferences, and she will do her very best to find the most suitable and affordable flight options. She is always helpful, accommodating, and genuinely committed to finding the best deal for her customers.
