Amazing Staff member Shane !!
I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to Shane for organising our trip to Thailand.
From start to finish, Shane was absolutely exceptional. Everything was arranged so professionally, and even when our plans had to change at the last minute, he & a colleague went above and beyond to ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible.
Despite all the changes and new arrangements we needed to make, there was never any problem that Shane couldn't resolve. He was always helpful, reassuring and incredibly efficient. The only hiccup was one taxi that failed to show, which was completely outside his control.
Shane's dedication, professionalism and genuine care made a real difference to our holiday, particularly when circumstances changed unexpectedly. He is a real credit to your company, and your very lucky to have him as part of your team !

Detailed booking process
I have just finalised my booking to Japan using Holiday Bay.
Denver was our travel consultant. The whole process was smooth and professional. They kept the communication flowing and were happy to answer my many questions and make necessary changes.
Our interactions were entirely by WhatsApp until the final confirmation email which was fine with me.
Nothing was too much trouble. I started with a standard 12 day tour but ended with 20 days being able to add extras to the trip.
All I can hope now is that our trip runs as smoothly as the booking process.

Japan 2027
Recently booked our Japan trip with Holiday Bay Holidays and have been really impressed with the service so far.
A particular thank you to Rex, who has been brilliant throughout the booking process. Communication through Facebook Messenger has made everything incredibly easy, and his responses have been really fast – even with all of my questions and the various options we’ve explored!
Planning a multi-centre trip to Japan for first time can feel quite daunting, particularly when you’re trying to get the right balance of locations, hotels, trains and timings. Rex has been patient, responsive and flexible, making changes and working through the itinerary with us until we were happy with it.
We now have a fantastic trip planned covering Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima and Osaka, with our flights, hotels and internal rail travel organised. It feels like we’re going to experience a lot of Japan without having to coordinate all the logistics ourselves.
Great communication, fast responses and genuinely easy to deal with. Thanks, Rex – we’re now very excited for Japan!
