I have booked with Joseph Kai a few times now, and honestly, he is become my go-to person whenever I’m planning a trip! ✈️🌴 This current trip definitely won’t be my last booking with him.
Joseph is incredibly patient, helpful and resourceful, and he always goes the extra mile to find the best deal and make everything work. What I really love is that after dealing with me a few times, he already knows my travel style and what I like — the type of hotels, locations and transport I prefer — so half the time I don’t even have to explain myself! 😂 He just gets it.
I travel solo quite a lot, and having someone like Joseph organising everything gives me so much confidence.
He’s always quick to answer, never makes me feel like I’m being difficult (even when I probably am 😂), and he is genuinely lovely to deal with.
I would definitely recommend Joseph to anyone looking for someone who actually listens, understands what you want and puts the effort into getting it right. Once you find a good travel agent, you stick with them — and Joseph is definitely my guy! 🌎✈️❤️

The offer originally looked good at a good price but having researched options a little more we asked Rehan to re- price changing the carrier and accommodation. The new price was also very competitive and Rehan came back to us very quickly. So we have booked the new itinerary and are very happy with the service we got. Can't wait till January now!

Booked a holiday with World Holiday Vibes and dealt with Rehan who was very informative and helpful he got us a great deal for a holiday of a lifetime in Tanzania and Zanzibar with safari . everything catered for flights, transfers, luggage etc.

We honestly couldn’t recommend Joseph highly enough. He spent so much time and effort searching for and finding us what looked like the perfect holiday to Zanzibar, and at the best possible deal.

From the very beginning, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. There was never any pressure or pushy sales talk, just genuine care, patience and a real desire to find us the right holiday.

Unfortunately, due to health reasons, we’ve had to make the very difficult decision that we can’t go ahead with the trip, which we are absolutely gutted about.

We really wanted to leave this review because the time, effort and personal service Joseph gave us deserves to be recognised. He went above and beyond and made the whole process so easy and enjoyable.

Thank you so much for everything, we’re genuinely sorry we can’t proceed this time, but when we’re ready to travel again, you’ll absolutely be the first person we come to. ❤️✈️🌴
