It is great to have the accountability to keep taking each step necessary to publish my book. Their expertise knowing what you need to do takes the added pressure off off trying to "figure it out" on your own.

These guys are great. They work well with me. They listen to what I want and both my stories and covers. They do everything possible to meet my timelines. They are efficient, respectful, and helpful. They makes his suggestions, but they don’t necessarily push with regards to upgrades and additional services. My rep is fantastic and always keeps me apprised of everything that is going on. I have now used them five books and will continue to do so with my next three. Also, they’re very economical and understand, budgeting.

So far so great! Lucas has been very supportive and helpful with the process..start to finish. As an older person, new to publishing, I have had a ton of questions and they have been very kind, very patient with my wonderings. I am at the stage now that the marketing will kick in and what I totally appreciate is that every step of the way these folks have consulted with me about the important things, words, meaning of words ... they have a responsive staff and also the staff takes my comments seriously... my first time out and it's been good. I am new to self-publishing and quite skeptical. My mind was set at ease when I began working with a publisher associated with Amazon who was instrumental in preparing my novel for marketing. However, there was much confusion between the time that Amazon's service ended and when Lincoln Publishers was introduced.
I was looking forward to continue working with the publisher that I thought was an employee of Amazon, but that ended rather abruptly. As professional as he seemed, I can not offer a positive review. There were unanswered questions that could have been addressed, but they were left in my hands to figure out myself. Furthermore, there was nothing in my original contact that indicated a cutoff date, where service and information would suddenly stop. I feel that there could have been more in the way of transparency and assistance.

Thank you to Lincoln Publishers, I was able to get my book The Silent Roar out as a first time writer, juggling many tasks, esp self-publishing. Thank you to Matthew Collins and his team for their patience despite my endless edits. While there were delays, I'm glad the book is finally published on amazon, kindle and soon other platforms. Please support them.

I found Lincoln Publishers online. I googled “self publishing a book,” did a cursory look at results provided and called them. I knew NOTHING about publishing. I just knew I had a manuscript and the willingness to learn and work with a company that would help me bring my book to life. I was paired with Collin Mathews as my project manager and he delivered and made the process easy. He kept in touch, communicated regularly and kept me updated on the process and where we were at all times. My first book, “at the end of the day” was released on Oct 20, 2025 and has been selling well. At least I think so for a new independent author. We are working through marketing and strategy plans and the process is continuing to go very well. My second manuscript is about to be sent over and we will do this again. This is my second time working with Shawn Hill. Emily Port helped in the publishing process as well. My managers were always very polite and understanding. They worked hard and efficiently in the beginning. Along the way the process got a little shaky due to technical errors and misunderstandings. There were a few moments were crucial time was lost due to undisclosed absences. I would have hoped for those inconveniences to have been avoided and for me to have been updated more regularly. Otherwise, I was content with the service as Shawn and Emily always stayed true to their word and fixed almost every technical issue. They always stayed polite and patient and made sure the process could be complete.
