First time ordering and so far have been very happy with the service. Radiators and valves arrived promptly and were well packaged. They have not been installed yet so cannot comment on functionality. They look great though.

Lincolnshire radiators were professional and efficient throughout the order process for our two radiators and valves sets. Their liaison with the chosen delivery team Furdeco was also great. The items were delivered inside the delivery time with very little exterior package damage so happy no damages to our order from transit. Fitting of radiators not for another 3 weeks so cannot remark on look and operation but the web site information led is to choose the look and type of radiator to upgrade our heating and future proof to potential heat source upgrade in the near future.

I would recommend Lincolnshire Radiators Direct as it's easy to buy on their website. They have lots of choice and we love their designer radiators and have purchased a total of 7 radiators so far during our house renovation. The delivery company they use Furdeco are excellent as well with great communication and on time deliveries.

My recent delivery arrived in what looks like an old box that was falling apart. It was open at one end and had seen better days. Company claims it was courier handling that caused this. If so, they should change the courier.
It’s expensive to return items because of the weight and size of the radiators. The company ought to negotiate a reasonable rate for customer returns.
