The yarn is a very high-quality and was packed and shipped correctly. I ordered over 100 balls of yarn and my order was 100% correct and everything I ordered was in the package. The shipping, despite it coming from another country to the United States, was not a long wait and now I am making beautiful socks with all of the soft and lovely yarn!

Bad costumer service
I ordered 6 rolls of Go Handmade Glitter Deluxe yarn, but the specifications didn't list the thickness, and it is too thin for my needs—I need something thicker than one millimeter.

I sent an email asking if I could return the products or exchange them for others in the same colors but a thicker gauge. They replied that I have to buy a return shipping label—which is extremely expensive—and that the whole process would take a long time to resolve. Thanks, but they aren't offering an easy solution. I realize I’m going to lose the money I invested, but this means I can never trust your store again, let alone recommend it to anyone.

Amigurumi yarn
I can’t buy Scheepjes Catona yarn locally anymore. It is my preferred yarn for amigurumi projects. You had it at a very good price. I placed the order on the 8th and received it on the 16th. I will buy more yarn from you. Awesome service and price. Thank you.

Disappointed
I was missing 6 balls of yarn I ordered. They updated my order and are now only sending 2 of the remaining 6. Quick to respond to emails, yet seems nothing is thoroughly checked. Now having to wait for a response and hope I get everything I ordered. Most likely won’t be ordering from this website again, not worth the hassle, waste of my time and money.
