Disappointed
I was missing 6 balls of yarn I ordered. They updated my order and are now only sending 2 of the remaining 6. Quick to respond to emails, yet seems nothing is thoroughly checked. Now having to wait for a response and hope I get everything I ordered. Most likely won’t be ordering from this website again, not worth the hassle, waste of my time and money.

I placed an order, my money was returned to me. So I placed an order again, and you took BOTH payments even though I tried to do a cancellation of my first order. I did not have the money to order all of that. I love the yarn, but very poor communication. Will not order again.
