Sent wrong colours
Delivery was twice as long as quoted. Had to pay undisclosed customs of $26.70.
I ordered 7 balls of DROPS KID SILK in one colour. They sent me 6 balls in another colour, and one in the correct colour. To send back and exchange will cost more than the yarn was worth. Hopefully customer service can repair this. Incredibly disappointing from a recommend company

Two things
Two things: I was sent the wrong yarn in my order, and one of the other yarns is correct but the color is wildly different from the photos on the website. Show accurate photos on your website so as not to mislead customers!
I will update with a better star rating depending on how the respond to my refund request for the wrong yarn they sent. Incredibly disappointing. How hard is it to check you are sending the correct colorway before shipping the order? It's right there on the receipt!

You can respond to your customers when…
You can respond to your customers when they have an issue!! I got my order and one skein of light pink mohair was totally unusable. Black dirt was ground into the fibers. I was left without enough yarn to knit the project I had planned. I would NOT recommend your store to anyone! I’m highly disappointed with your customer service!
