Paid for express 1-2 day delivery on September 23rd for a gift required for the 27th, no tracking information provided and order still not received by September 30th. Two attempts to contact customer services have not yet been answered.

Very bad service and approach to the customer. Not available everything what is listed on the website for sale. Small packages and quantities inside. Won't use again. It just for show off that it's really good brand, more likely to impress the customers who's buying for first time.

I paid for express delivery (1-2 days), it arrived after almost a week which would have probably been longer if it weren’t for me emailing them asking where my order is, when they replied back they had only just packed my order which was on day 4!
