Very disappointing and concerning experience with Linebet.

My withdrawal of 300,000 TZS has been pending for 14 days. My account ID is 1621945185.

The status in the app shows “Approved,” but the funds have still not been credited to me. I have contacted customer support multiple times, but I only receive repeated generic responses like “please wait,” with no clear explanation or timeline.

At one point, I was even warned about being blocked in chat instead of being helped, which is very unprofessional when a customer is simply asking about their own money.

There has been no transparency about what is causing the delay, and no proof that the payment has been processed.

This situation is extremely frustrating and raises serious concerns about the reliability of withdrawals on this platform.

I request an urgent resolution of my withdrawal and a clear explanation for this delay.

If this is not resolved promptly, I will continue to escalate this issue through other public and formal complaint channels.

I hope the company addresses this matter seriously and improves its payment system and customer support.

I am sharing my experience to warn other users and to request urgent action from Linebet.

For a long time now, I have been unable to access my account due to not receiving the SMS verification code. This issue started after updating my phone number. At first, everything worked normally, but later the SMS codes stopped completely.

I have contacted support, security, and my affiliate manager multiple times. Unfortunately, I am being redirected between departments without any concrete solution.

This situation is unacceptable, especially since I have funds in my account that I cannot access.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate this matter further through additional public reviews and appropriate consumer protection channels.

I strongly advise new users to be cautious until this issue is properly addressed.

However, the funds were never credited to my account.

I contacted support multiple times and provided full proof (TXID, screenshots). They acknowledged the issue and told me that a refund would be processed.

After that, I was repeatedly told that “specialists are working on it” with no real progress or timeline.

Now the situation has become worse — my chat access has been blocked, and I can no longer follow up on my case.

This is extremely concerning behavior:
• Deposit confirmed on blockchain but not credited
• Refund promised but not sent
• Endless delays with “specialists”
• Chat being closed and finally blocked

I was contacted by Linebet here on Trustpilot and asked to share my email address.

However, I would like to clarify that I have already contacted their support, security, and B2B departments multiple times.

Unfortunately, my issue is still not resolved.

I am still unable to access my account due to an SMS verification problem.

I was also told by a manager to bring more than 10 depositing users to resolve this issue, which does not seem appropriate for a technical problem.

I deposited 200 MAD to Linebet from my CIH bank account on 03/27/2026. The money was debited successfully from my account, but it has never been returned to me. I immediately contacted customer support and provided all required documents, including the full bank statement in PDF format, proof of the transfer, screenshots from the platform, and even video evidence of the transaction. I also completed all mandatory fields in my personal profile as requested.

Despite providing clear and undeniable evidence, my issue remains unresolved. Customer support has been extremely slow, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Every time I try to get updates, I receive vague responses asking for documents I have already submitted multiple times. This shows a serious lack of organization, accountability, and responsibility on the company’s side.

This situation is frustrating and unacceptable, especially when dealing with money and financial transactions. Depuis le 30 mars, j’attends une réponse à ma demande. On m’a demandé d’envoyer par email une vidéo, des photos ainsi que le reçu pour prouver ma bonne foi, ce que j’ai fait immédiatement. Pourtant, à ce jour (6 avril), je n’ai reçu aucune réaction.

Cela fait maintenant 8 jours sans aucun retour. Aucun message pour m’informer si ma demande est acceptée ou rejetée, comme si elle n’avait jamais existé. J’ai même renvoyé un email avec les échanges du chat en pièce jointe, mais encore une fois, aucune réponse.

Je suis pourtant un client sérieux et fidèle, mais là, c’est totalement inadmissible. Mon argent a été pris sans aucune communication derrière.

Linebet, faites au moins semblant de répondre aux emails ou de considérer vos clients.

I've made a deposit that took too long then I opened a ticket with support after hours they claimed unsuccessful deposit and I should contact the bank, instead I called the number of the person who received the money on their behalf he assured me that he received the money already and I only need to contact support which they already claimed nothing was received and they cannot do anything about it.

Some of the balance was used for betting. Later, I was informed that certain bets were canceled. However, the amount from these canceled bets was not returned to my account.

LINEBET CLOSE MY VERIFIED ACCOUNT AND WITHELD DEPOSIT

On 15/01/2024, LinBet closed my account(Id:698151291) claiming that I had multiple accounts on their platform. I strongly deny having multiple accounts. At the time of closure, my account had a balance of over 56,000 XAF ($101 USD), which included my initial deposit of 43,000 XAF ($78 USD).
I have fully completed all verification procedures required by LinBet, including submission of identity documents and any other requested information. There is no evidence that I have breached any terms or conditions of the platform.
I believe I am entitled to my initial deposit and remaining balance, as I have complied with all rules and procedures. The closure of my account and withholding of my funds has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss,expecially my initial deposit which is my private property.
I have attempted to resolve this matter directly with LinBet, but they have not provided any satisfactory explanation or evidence of wrongdoing on my part.

Until LineBet provides clear evidence and refunds my money, I do not recommend this platform. Users should exercise caution.
