First work on delays on deposits and withdrawals.
Make wagering bonus meaningful and separate from hindering withdrawals.
Work on efficiency when handling an issue with the chat desk, sometimes they take long to reply.

I made a withdrawal on 13/04/2026 at 14:07 and am yet to be credited,I followed up and wrote an email and fb customer care,I was told to wait and I'll be credited within 72 hours of withdrawal time,am yet to be credited and their customer care are not responding,you make a deposit and it takes less than 30 seconds,they are very fast!

I am extremely disappointed with Paripesa. I placed a bet on "Total Throw-ins Over 40.5" (Slip #80044016279). Paripesa's own live-tracking app recorded 43 throw-ins (26 Home, 17 Away). However, they settled the bet as a loss, claiming the total was 40.
​When I requested a link to the "Official Source" used for this settlement, support flatly refused to provide any verification. Their own listed sources for Argentina do not even track this statistic. This is a clear breach of their own Terms and Conditions regarding transparent settlement. I expect my bet to be resettled correctly.

This time they provide invalid promo code and said I shared that promo to other 😄
If I agree with them then the promo showed as 'used' but in this occasion it’s showing 'invalid'

Terrible customer service.and funds go hanging mostly and you can never recover your money .for instance I had cases of delayed deposits that never reflected in my paripesa account but deducted from my wallet plus a withdrawal that reads approved in there system but have never received my money

They didn't credit my deposit of Rs 11000. This is shit website with no proper channel for escalation. They always reply same whatever we ask. Don't ever used this site.

Update to company reply:
Deposited on 27th March. Bank confirmed payment successfully credited to beneficiary. Still Paripesa not credited amount after sharing bank reply, statement, payment receipt.

Update from bank on 11April2026:
We’re sorry to inform you that the chargeback raised on your UPI transaction has been rejected by the beneficiary bank/merchant's bank.

That means you will not credit my deposit amount not give me refund. What the hell you guys think and stealing people money. Guys never use this site and report to cyber crime.
