Solid for gym days

put them in my closet after the first wear, the fabric didn’t wrinkle at all which surprised me. i wish the collar wasn’t so stiff but honestly the weight is nice. wore to grab coffee, nothing weird happened.

The product was ordered for Christmas.
The quality was poor and materiel was misshapen. I complained and was offered a full refund. 10 weeks later and after many promises I’ve still not received my money.
My advise would be to avoid this company’s all cost!

I have emailed your customer care 6 times I’ve received promises of a refund, in fact on one occasion the email stated that the funds had been to my credit card company. All of this was lies. I will email again but I’m sure have the records if you use the reference provided. You are not a company to be trusted….buyers beware!

Once I received my confirmation the description was not what I ordered. I tried to cancel immediately but was advised several days later that it had been dispatched! It has now arrived to my daughter and not only is it not what I ordered it is not a small and the material is exceptionally poor quality. I have today emailed asking for a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I will give them a few days to respond before escalating.

The item was wrong

The item was wrong. The waist line would fit Big Daddy, and the neck would be loose on an Aberdeen Angus Bull. If you return an item, you have to pay the shipping costs to China. Prepare to wait for at least a month for the garment to arrive.

Cannot give minus stars or I would-Appalling service, they state 5/7 days delivery, been two weeks and two emails and still nothing. My emails were answered but telling me to be patient but get more staff if youre busy you stated 5/7 days delivery? Was bought in very good time as a gift for Valentines Day so very disappointing for me and intended recipient!

Fraudulent website!

Complete scam, this company also has other A.I. generated websites, such as 'ukcomfyclothes' and 'londonwish'.
Appears to be a US based company or individual that is importing and exporting poor quality clothes from China for pennies.
Refusing to refund, after continuing to spam my email account with nonsense.
The 'reply' from seller here is a lie, they've made no effort to rectify the situation.

A Veterans Rip Off

As a Veteran I think it is an absolute disgrace that you would show a photo of a beautiful remembrance hoodie, get orders for it and then send them some cheap piece of crap that looks nothing like what I ordered and wouldn't even use to clean my floor let alone wear it.

Such a shame I cannot add a photo because it is shameful

Update -as much as customer support did refund my money. I cannot in all good conscience change my rating because I cannot and will not recommend this company
