I ordered a jacket for my husband
I ordered a jacket for my husband, it arrived and is nothing like the advertised pictures. Loose threads, size is massive, awful sewing, terrible material . I have emailed them attaching photos of the terrible workmanship..complaining and requesting a full refund and have heard absolutely nothing in response. Absolutely awful.

Awful company. DO NOT ORDER. Ordered two tops for my son and the quality and sizing is terrible.
I was expecting a nightmare getting a refund but I have managed to deal with it over email and I have received a full refund quickly without having to return to China.
They did offer me a partial refund initially but I refused and got all the money back. I can't fault them with how they dealt with my complaint.

Do not buy from this company. It has changed it's name from Tracy London (please read reviews regarding customer experience with that company). It is based in China selling low quality goods which are not consistent with images. They will insist you accept delivery of the goods and keep on trying to deliver even if you refuse delivery. If delivered you will have to return the goods to China at your own expense which is significant and will be lucky to get a partial refund. Please please avoid.

Really wish I had read reviews before ordering! Ordered in December for Christmas presents, 4 months on, in March, ive still not received. Emailed the company who said it had been delivered, but it hadn't to me. It was either delivered to the wrong address or pinched. They told me to check tracking to see which delivery company it was but it only named a Chinese company. I went through PayPal dispute to get a refund, PayPal has REFUSED this refund because york tailor have marked as delivered, still doesnt change the fact that I have not had it! I am now over £50 down from these plus having to order different presents for the people i had ordered for so all in all about £100! Will never use york tailor again!

Dont buy from this company, the top that was ordered was nice in picture what came was a load of rubbish, and i have been sending emails to say its not wanted and want to send it back for a refund and emails have been answered but no sign of a refund i have been trying for 2 months with no joy. Ordered 2 stone roses items
Ordered 2 stone roses items, a hoody and a tshirt.
Company pretending to be from UK with union jack banners everywhere on their website.
The t-shirt came and was terrible plastic 'temu' quality. Unwearable.
The hoody didn't come and when I asked for a refund they said it was delivered and sent me a tracking link that didnt work and no evidence of delivery. This was two months ago!
No response to my last 4 emails! Absolutely shocking company.
Basically been ripped off.
Please do refund me as this is not fair..

Awful quality and don't respond to messages. My T-shirt arrived with incomplete stitching (holes you could put several fingers through) awful thin nylon material and wishy washy print.
