COLLARS ARE TOO LARGE

I ordered two XL shirts. Unfortunately, the collars were entirely too large.

They provide Bust, Length, and Sleeve measurements on their website, but not collar measurements. Their shirts measure 9” wide x 3” deep in the collar.
Standard XL measurements in the United States are 6.5” wide x 3” deep in the collar.

They returned my money.

Stay Away from these!

Awful company. Ordered a t-shirt early February, was sent a tracking number that doesn’t work, sent an email to customer service and they replied it would take 10-15 days. It’s now been 6 weeks and still nothing, they’re not even replying to my emails now. STAY AWAY!

Don't touch this company with a barge pole!!!
3 rugby shirts ordered. 19 days later they arrived from China. This company do everything they can to portray themselves as British. THEY ARE NOT!!
Products are made in China, very poor quality and honestly we could have bought better items from the local market. They have no washing instructions, they are all man made fibres (Polyester) with no CE labelling for fire warning etc. Awful doesn't cover it. Just to add insult to injury, the company selling the products are not the company who collect the money!!! This makes it very difficult to make contact or even try to get a refund.

Awful service

I ordered 3 items from this company. On arrival it was obvious the quality was not of a good standard. I immediately made contact by email asking for instructions on how and where I could return items and get a refund.
I have since sent more emails but have not heard anything from the company. The return period is apparently 14 days and at this point, I’m nearly at 14 days. Very disappointing and frustrating that the service is so very poor.

Quality of colours and printing is very poor, images are blurred and sizing is questionable. I would not recommend this company if you want anything item fit for purpose.

This is not a UK company

This is not a UK company. It is shipped slowly from China. I ordered 26/1/26 and waited patiently. It arrived today - 11/2/26, so 16 days. The comps/website tries to look like it’s UK based. It is not.

I ordered a ladies Adored/Stone Roses t shirt that cost over £20 with shipping.

It is awful quality.

Shiny and kind of a blurred photocopy/print/scan of the design that looks like it’s lifted from a photograph and enlarged. No definition at all. You can see the stitching on the neck where the edging is attached. The sleeve stitching is awful too. I’ve had better for £2 from Temu.

I gave 2 stars as I have had replies from customer service, though they have yet to reply to the request for a return/refund as it was only a couple of hours ago.

This review is to warn buyers that the website/shop/facebook posts are of genuine garments but the reality is a very poor and terrible quality fake version.

If they were honest and it was priced accordingly, i wouldn’t be writing this review.

6 Nations long sleeve polo

Ordered Small size 6 Nations long sleeved polo shirt, took 2 weeks to arrive, was at least extra large size 110cm chest measurement, poor quality material, no washing or care instructions, not invoice or paperwork, no return info. Very poor, do not buy from this company, not a British company. 😡🤬

Goods not received no reply from customer service.

Tracking through Shop app says delivered, then on its way. Gone past delivery window stated and not received. Only way to contact them is through automated email address. Hence useless reply.
Phone number not recognised
USA company not UK as name suggests.
Do not use.

Credit card company got involved and Credit was made.

Rast in Peace

In early November, I ordered a T-shirt for Remembrance Day, but I didn't get it until after the 11th November. On receiving it, I checked it out, and the words across the top left should have read " Rest In Peace, but it read Rast In Peace, Not very good. After several emails they said someone would be in touch, they also offered me a £10 refund. This is not what I wanted, and after other emails, no response. We are now on 30/01/2026, and after several emails, once again and promises of help, which are not forthcoming, these lowlifes are not a UK Company as it says on their advertising, but why are the authorities, such as Trading Standards or whoever, not looking out for these Scum and that's putting it mildly.

Totally DISHONEST advertising

Adverts covered in Union Jacks, states products are made in Scotland, UK quality etc, etc. They are not!
First problem after ordering, the bill had an additional £10+ added taxes. This was refunded when I told them we do not add taxes onto the price as it is already included.
Placed the order for Christmas on 4th December, in Scotland, for items allegedly made in Scotland, they arrived 5th January having transited all through various American states, US customs etc etc. Very disappointing products, which arrived far too late for Christmas and totally dishonest advertising.
My complaints are getting the party line response of "We operate warehouses across the globe and your order will be dispatched from the one that's closest to you (with full stock available). This ensures faster delivery". Not acceptable.

AVOID

Hoody doesnt fit and states on website refunds accepted. After contacting them and agreeing on a refund I have yet to recieve the refund nearly 2 weeks on. Multiple emails sent with no reply. Do not purchase. Quality is awful and sizing is way off customer service awful.

Not actually from UK. Item took ages to send so must come from somewhere else!

Whilst I am yet to receive the item , I am certain I will be very satisfied, in the event I need to exchange for a different size I am confident that this will be a trouble free , easy proceeds . I have received excellent customer service so far ( I made an error on delibery address which was resolved promptly ) So eagerly awaiting the item ( hooded top ) and have already selected another 2 items to purchase in the next couple days ,
