On December 22, 2025, I placed an order for sheets from Linen Roots. I received the sheets approximately one month later. However, they were dark brown in color, deviating from the white color I had requested.

I have been in contact with “David,” the designated support representative, regarding this issue. Despite my repeated emails inquiring about the return address, he has consistently evaded my inquiries, claiming to be investigating the matter.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the experience and regret having done business with this company.

Scam site. Ordered and over 5 weeks later I did receive something but it's not the item I ordered not the color and NOT LINEN. It's been 6 weeks of trying to get a return address they simply won't give one. Won't refund. I sent proof of their "mistake" . They string you along trying to buy another week. customer service is a bot. It's all a scam don't buy from them.

I ordered these sheets in December and received them at the end of December. The order was incorrect. Instead of a fitted sheet, it was a duvet cover. Even though it was the wrong color, I was going to try to use them, but it’s impossible to put a duvet cover on a mattress. The picture of what I ordered clearly was a fitted sheet. I started the process of trying to return them and got one runaround after another. The reply came from a David probably an AI person and repeatedly said they would work on a solution. The last email was 10 days ago. I just emailed them to see if they had a solution yet! And now the emails are returned and apparently the site is down. Do not order from this company. Apparently it’s a big scam and I am out $189 with a set of useless sheets.

Wow. Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Very similar story. Ordered king bed set. Natural color. Took a month to get here and wrong color and wrong product. Top sheet and pillow cases correct material. Fitted sheet wrong material. I too tried to respond through both web site and the support email. Eventually received a response from “David” acknowledging the error and said would fix asap. Then I got ghosted. Web site now 404 error and no response from “David”. So, filed a dispute with CC company. Will see if that wakes them up.

I just recently purchased online from this company about two weeks ago. I checked the email to see an update on my order for the linen sheets set and duvet cover- $297 dollars. The email is non functioning and I guess is a fake email address. Also I'm not sure if this is an American company or English company, but the wording on one of the emails is Yanwin. I think it's a scam company from China. I have not received my order and there is no way for me to contact them or track my order details.

I got my order but it wasn't anything like I saw on Linen Roots site. I also noticed that several companies were using the same pictures on their websites selling linen sheets. I got the wrong sizes. The sheets were labeled 100 percent linen but I did linen tests and the sheets failed all tests. They melted like plastic and water just beaded up on top of fabric. I did get a refund with the help of my credit card company but still am disappointed because I really wanted Linen and don't like to be scammed.

I wish I would've seen these reviews earlier. I also wish I trusted my gut about buying a singular fitted sheet. The sheet took several weeks to arrive (I ordered on 1/5), and it didn't come with a mystery gift as promised. Looking at these reviews, I don't have high hopes I'll be able to return it for a refund. Avoid this shop.

If I could give a minus one I would. This company is a scam, plain and simple. Their customer service reps are liars.
I purchased a set of sheets for $159.00 in October. About a month later I received an item which was not what I ordered. It took another month to get a reply from them. They said I could keep the item and they would credit my account. That was in November. It is now nearly February and I have received no credit. I have emailed at least a dozen times and occasionally I get a reply from "David" who apologizes and says he's either looking into it, or that the refund has been processed. Well, it has not.
This is a lot of money for me to lose. This company should be dealt with by whoever handles this in Great Britain and they should not be allowed to defraud customers.

I ordered my Queen set believing that I was receiving 100% linen in a fitted sheet set. I have been traveling until January 2026 so I never opened my sheets until then. I was shocked to find that I was sent a duvet cover instead of a fitted bottom sheet.
There appears to be no authentic way to know if the little tag that says 100% Linen is true or fake. I just now decided I should research this company only to find that this is the normal experience. The packaging looked like I was receiving a fake knockoff that was funelling through Monticello, Ca.
It appears that I need to always check reviews before ordering and trusting anyone. I DO NOT recommend this company.

LinenRoots is just not a honest company. The only thing that was true was they sell sheets. They are not linen, they was supposed to send we two sheets, two pillow cases and a flat sheet in a linen sack. I received two sheets that were not linen, in a plastic bag. The whole website is a lie, there Also not OEKO-TEX certified. Really upset with this company they took 160 dollars and gave me cheap sheets. I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

COMPLETE SCAM! They are NOT linen sheets! The King size is sent with standard pillow cases! And when trying to inquire about the WRONG color sent, it’s just a big runaround with zero satisfaction!!

Ordered white cal king sheets received brown queen sheet, 2 pillow cases and duvet cover. NOT LINEN FROM FLAX, NOT OETX CERT...MADE IN CHINA!!
Tried to get refund no answer. Do NOT buy from linen roots they are Scammers!!!!!

Horrible company. Do not buy from them. I have been trying to get a refund for 2 months!!! They keep telling me it has been processed. They lie!!!

I ordered king white linen sheets and received Brown sheets. Contact immediately had reply but know help. I wanted to send back and get a full refund 5 emails later David gave me 2 options keep brown sheets and get %40 refund or keep brown set and the correct one would be sent. I responded with I will pay for US postage to send back and get full refund. Another email say they will look into it! Scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I would have seen these reviews before!!!

BEST SHEETS EVER! These other reviews are an apparent smear campaign for a wonderful company. We ordered two sets of queen sheets. They both arrived in a timely manner (a couple of weeks). They are exactly what we ordered. They are the BEST sheets we've ever slept in. My husband and I are picky when it comes to sheets. These are the first set that we've ever both loved! We sleep wonderfully in them. If I have one complaint.... They are so damn comfortable that we have a difficult time getting out of bed in the morning!!!! I highly recommend these! You will not be disappointed!

I would use -1 if available. This company is a scam. I tried to cancel my order immediately when charges came in as USD$ but no option for cancellation. Emailed them repeatedly. They acknowledged I had requested to cancel but they were unable to stop the process. Eventually product arrived. GARBAGE !!! not linen and barely sewn together. I was totally scammed

Order sheets 29/10/25 received 24/11/25 linen sheets but something was delivered not linen very strange fabric. Asked for refund still waiting it is now 27/12/25 still not received my refund. Sent lots and lots and lots of emails to David but still no response or refund. Terrible customer service on

Ordered a twin XL set. Received some zippered cover of some kind. Wanted green and it was a weird faded green yellow color. Smells of man made polyester.
