I ordered from Linens Online: 2× 3seater + 2×2Seater + 3× 1Seater Crushed Velvet Sofa Protectors colour Natural which are all perfect thanks & I am so happy with my items and within 2 days they had all been delivered safely. I am a very happy returning Customer as I have bought items from them before and I've always been very happy with the Quality & Price of their items so would highly recommend them.

Never used this company previously,but will be using them again. Excellent product, beyond my expectations in fact 👌 delivered on time, and very competitively priced.Will be looking for presents for Christmas on their website as a result.

Ordered sofa protector covers, 1st Oct; they never made their way out of the courier plant. Emailed Linensonline numerous times, no replies we are now on the 30th Oct and still nothing. Awful service.

Bought Shaws Large Woven Natural Checked Tea Towel. Very poor quality, cheap red writing all over. Requested a refund - I had to pay more for the refund than the value off the products. Spoke with the customer team and they made it extremely clear that my order was not important to them. Very poor experience, stay away and I won't be using them again.

Repeated attempts to contact this company over the last two months. They have failed to respond to emails and provide no other media for communication. Fraudulent company. Paid for items and have no goods.

Not worth one star! I returned two duvet sets as they were unsuitable. The courier confirmed the return delivery and provided a proof of delivery photograph on 5th August.
Linensonline said they couldn't see the tracking online and asked for proof. I explained how to access it and to date they have ignored my emails. The package has been in their possession for over 5 weeks now. Their customer service doesn't exist, it is impossible to speak to a human on the phone or on online chat. I am pursuing my claim for a refund via my bank. I would not recommend Linensonline.

Ordering was easy for me . Delivery was fine. Curtains are the right colour but one is longer than the other and the top of one isn't greatly stitched. But ok when hung.

The whole procedure,ordering and receiving etc went without a hitch.The product was good and would order from you in future.

Bought 2 duvet covers for holiday let (Velosdo Tonal Stripe Black Duvet Cover & Pillowcase) Both hard and scratchy so washed twice to try to soften, still hard and scratchy and unusable and, of course, non-returnable as washed. Won’t be trying anything else from there.
