Awful
Awful - ordered a Duvet set and received only a Duvet cover which is no good without the matching pillowcases. Contacted them to enquire about their error, even asking how I could order matching pillowcases (although I was led to believe that they were part of my order). They ignored me until I threatened to report them to social media and then replied straight away promising that my pillowcases would be despatched straight away. I replied with a big thank you and immediately received an e-mail asking me to rate them. I was cautious and did not, waiting for my pillowcases. No surprise to say- no pillowcases - it's been a month now and no responses to my chase up e-mails- had a reminder about rating them though! Duvet cover is absolutely useless - cannot find anything matching anywhere - beware of this company

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I ordered a duvet and pillowcases set for our king sized bed. The order was delivered promptly but the package did not contain any pillowcases. I emailed their customer service asking for the remainder of the order. I had no acknowledgment. A week later I emailed again as there is no phone number to use for contact. Again I received no reply.
I contacted Trading Standards via Citizens Advice. I was given a template letter to send requesting the missing items be forwarded within two weeks. No response once more. Interestingly, the Company’s address on its website is different to the official address at Company’s House..
I am left with a duvet cover that is useless without the matching pillowcases. My only course of redress now is the small claims court. I will write it off, but would urge others to look elsewhere and refrain from using this untrustworthy website.

Ordered white but they’re ivory!
Ordered white voiles, states white on the packet but they are ivory, compared to my current old white voiles they’re far from white. I can’t use them. No response from this company to my email regarding this issue. Not impressed & will never buy from them again. Waste of £19!

Not responding to my email with regards to missing items.
I ordered a King Size Duvet cover which it states in the product description that it comes with 2 Pillow Cases, however when it arrived there was no Pillow Cases... Only the Duvet. I emailed them on Sat 24th May. As it was a Bank Holiday weekend I wasn't expecting a response till Tuesday 27th, I received no response and emailed them again on Thursday 29th... It's Monday 02nd June now and still no response. There's no contact number to speak directly with them so I have no choice but to email them again, which I suspect I will receive no response again... Due to this I have given 1 star.

Emblazoned with company name.
The tea towels are a lovely thick material. Unfortunately I didn’t realise that they were emblazoned with SHAWS DIRECT.com - I thought it was just for a photo opportunity. Entirely my fault. Would I have purchased if I had realised - no.

Not impressed!
I ordered 4 voiles panels in white, quick delivery but after taking 2 of the different sizes out of the packaging I noticed they were definitely not white but ivory despite saying white on the packaging! Compared them to my older white ones that I thought had gone off white due to age but they still look very white next to new ones. I emailed Linens Online to tell them & to request a return for refund but have not heard back from them. Just under £19 inc delivery down the drain!
