Quick and easy to order in-store. Staff very attentive and professional. Delivery went very smoothly and delivery guys were top notch, arriving before they specified and negotiating my awkward staircase with ease. Mattress on the bed within 10 minutes of them turning up. Excellent service all round.

The staff are very friendly and helpful.
It’s just a shame the mattress we purchased doesn’t seem to be the mattress for us as we both get up every morning with bad backs, not what we expected for the money paid.

We’re sorry to hear the mattress hasn’t felt quite right so far. It’s worth noting that new mattresses can often take a little time to fully “bed in,” and your body can also need an adjustment period when changing to a new sleeping surface, especially if your previous mattress was very different. We do hope that with a little more time you begin to feel the full benefits and comfort of your new mattress.

Ordered a new mattress
Arrived into shop within a couple of days then delivered to us the following day.
The staff in shop were very pleasant and we had a bit of a laugh with them.
Delivery team brought mattress to house and brought it into house and placed it where we asked.

Good quality divan base with a bespoke size to fit a smaller space. Bed was made quickly and customer service helped with ensuring the bed could be delivered when i was home.
