Lovely mattress, very happy.
Mattress in a box….. but a lovely one for the price. Good value.
Mattress appears to be well made and is very comfortable.
Unpacking is a doddle and shipping in a box makes life so much easier to get it straight to the room of choice.

My first nights sleep
My first nights sleep , oh yessss. When I eventually managed to carry this box up my very steep stairs. It was pretty straight forward but bloody heavy , I couldn’t believe how once I allowed air to get to it how it expanded at a great speed of knots. I’ve used a mattress protector but I’m not really looking forwarded to the rotating of it !!😄I will hopefully get the wife to do it when I’m down the pub 😂 . Good delivery men and both very helpful . Thanks

Very disappointed
Very disappointed with apparent 'unpackaging' issues and customer service response. This was the second Sleepsoul mattress we have bought and on this occasion I am unhappy with the damage to the upper surface of the mattress on unpacking, having taken great care to follow the instructions and use the provided tool. If a product cannot be unpackaged safely without becoming damaged then the packaging is not fit for purpose, in my opinion, and that is a manufacturer issue. It doesn't encourage a person to support British business.

Would just suggest you make a note of the batch number ( needed to register the warranty) before putting the mattress on the bed.
We’ve needed to buy new extra deep fitted sheets but that’s not a problem.
