Very disappointed
Very disappointed with apparent 'unpackaging' issues and customer service response. This was the second Sleepsoul mattress we have bought and on this occasion I am unhappy with the damage to the upper surface of the mattress on unpacking, having taken great care to follow the instructions and use the provided tool. If a product cannot be unpackaged safely without becoming damaged then the packaging is not fit for purpose, in my opinion, and that is a manufacturer issue. It doesn't encourage a person to support British business.

Would just suggest you make a note of the batch number ( needed to register the warranty) before putting the mattress on the bed.
We’ve needed to buy new extra deep fitted sheets but that’s not a problem.

Amazed at how easy and light it was to carry.
As I've just bought it, the first impressions are very positive. I'm amazed how light the mattress is and, as such, how easy it was to fit it in my car. Price-wise, what can I say: fantastic and, more importantly, the 10-year warranty is just unbeatable. Still, only time will tell.
