I have only just found Linzi and they have become my "go to" place for shoes very quickly. Really good value for money, especially those in the outlet section. Had compliments from all my friends.

Bought the gold wedge sandals in two sizes. Great quality, value for money & quick delivery. Returns were processed quickly.

Lovely shoe and size was exact. I find the shoe is very hard along the seam and may need a little bit of tape so that I dont develop some blisters.

Great service,next day delivery and my sandels are sooo comfy

I found the whole ordering online process easy to manage. Communication for collection was good and so was the time between ordering to collection.
Collection it’s self was quick and easy, although the sat nav took me to a main office rather than the pick up point, which was situated in the unit in the park next door.
A nice, friendly staff member handed over my shoes, and they were exactly want I was expecting. All round good experience.

very poor quality. They are not worth their money. I want to return it but I have to pay. It really would have been better if I had taken them from SHEIN £10 and much better quality.

Nice nude colour, only tried on, not worn for a period of time yet, wouldn’t want to wear all day as think they’d rub my heels, not very supportive, but a lovely cute shoe.

Linzi shoes are amazing. Such superb quality. I have two pairs of the Tessa Stud Sandal and just ordered a third! They are so comfy and look super stylish and fantastic pricing too.

I ordered my first pair of sliders from Linzi, I was a little apprehensive as they were very affordable. I have to say they are great, so much so I have ordered a second pair! I had made a typo on my email when ordering and customer services were very helpful. For summer sliders/sandals you can't go wrong.

I purchased a pair of sandals( having purchased several pairs of shoes in the past without an issue )Unfortunately , the buckle broke as I was trying them on for the first time. I returned the shoes stating the fault and requesting that the postage should be refunded for the return (as the goods were faulty) . The price of the faulty shoe was refunded but not the cost of the return postage. I consider this to be extremely poor customer care .
Having provided the info (as requested in Linzi’s reply to this review ) . I followed their returns protocol, and also added a written request with the return . I feel their response was ‘lacking’

Shoes arrived promptly. My daughter is really pleased to have finally found a pair of heels for prom that fit her high instep and wide feet!

Unfortunately I didn't receive my order. I was informed by Evri midway during the delivery process that my parcel was being returned to sender. I have no idea why. I have since received a refund from you, minus the return delivery charge which I was unhappy about as I had not even received the shoes.
I would like to reorder the shoes I chose, but worry that the same thing will reoccur.

Plenty of choice, colours and designs, you will certainly find what you’re looking for here. Reasonably priced and very well made and packaged.
Linzi never disappoints. You can earn a few points on your way which will help reduce the price on your purchase
